JZ-LAB 介止商业设计，成立于2018年。以哲学和社会学为起点，主张“解决问题，创造价值”。旨在以设计、招商、运营一体化思维，改善人、社会、城市和自然之间的关系，链接“场所”与“人”。

JZ-LAB established in 2018. Begins with philosophy and sociology, championing the principle of “Solving Problems, Creating Value.” We aim to improve the relationships between people, society, cities, and nature through an integrated approach encompassing design, tenant acquisition, and operations, forging meaningful connections between place and people.

JZ-LAB specializes in the commercial revitalization and activation of urban areas, architecture, and spaces. Having designed a series of highly acclaimed commercial projects. These include Chengdu REGULAR, Qinhuangdao Aranya Seaside Commercial, Guangzhou Aranya A Perch, Zhengzhou Haihui Port Urban Micro-Vacation Community Commercial, Dazhou Shenghua Plaza Pocket Garden Commercial, Changsha The Field ，Chengdu FullGrace，Haikou Holiday Beach Seaside Commercial, Xi’an Ancient City Shuncheng Lane Urban Renewal, Shanghai Suhe Riverfront Commercial, and Huizhou West Lake No. 1.

O 商业负责人 Commercial Associate（CA）

岗位职责
负责项目中的商业研究、信息梳理与项目推进支持，连接甲方商业端、市场信息与内部设计工作，为项目建立更清晰的商业判断与推进基础。

岗位要求
• 对商业项目、品牌逻辑和市场变化有一定理解与判断，不停留在纯概念和表面表达层面。
• 具备良好的沟通与协同能力，能够对接甲方相关部门，并支持内部项目推进。
• 具备研究、整理和输出能力，能够将市场信息、案例和调研内容转化为项目中的有效支持。

Job Responsibilities
This role supports the commercial side of a project through research, information organization, and project support. It connects client-side commercial teams, market insights, and internal design work to build clearer business judgment and stronger project momentum.

Job Requirements
• A solid understanding of commercial projects, brand logic, and market dynamics beyond pure concepts or surface-level presentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with client-side teams and support internal project development.
• The ability to research, organize, and translate market information, references, and field insights into useful support for ongoing projects.

O 项目负责人 Project Manager (PM)

岗位职责
以设计为核心推进项目整体工作的关键角色，负责连接设计判断、团队协同与项目结果，推动项目从概念到落地。

岗位要求
• 具备较强的设计能力与整体判断力，能够从建筑、室内、景观等多专业集中协同中理解并推进项目。
• 具备项目推进意识和组织能力，能够协调团队、梳理工作并把控项目节奏。
• 具备良好的沟通能力与责任意识，能够在真实项目条件下平衡创意、协同与落地。

Job Responsibilities
A key project role that advances the project as a whole through design judgment, team coordination, and delivery control—moving it continuously from concept to implementation.

Key Requirements
• Strong design ability and overall judgment, with the capacity to understand and advance projects across architecture, interior, and landscape.
• A clear sense of project progression and organization, with the ability to coordinate people, structure work, and manage rhythm.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to balance creativity, collaboration, and implementation in real project conditions.

O 设计师 Designer（DE）

岗位职责
参与项目从概念到深化的设计推进，是连接设计表达、专业协同与项目落地的重要角色。

岗位要求
• 具备较好的设计能力、审美判断力和方案表达能力，能够参与并完成项目各阶段设计工作。
• 具备一定的整体意识，能够在建筑、室内、景观等多专业协同中理解项目并配合推进。
• 具备良好的执行力与团队协作能力，能够在真实项目条件下持续推进工作。

Job Responsibilities
This role contributes to the design development of projects from concept to refinement, connecting design expression, multidisciplinary collaboration, and implementation.

Key Requirements
• Strong design ability, aesthetic judgment, and presentation skills, with the ability to contribute across different project stages.
• A certain level of overall awareness, with the ability to understand and support projects across architecture, interior, and landscape.
• Good execution and teamwork skills, with the ability to move work forward in real project conditions.

O 助理设计师 Assistant Designer（AD）

岗位职责
协助团队完成项目中的设计支持与基础推进工作，是保障项目效率与日常输出的重要支撑角色。

岗位要求
• 具备基础的软件能力、审美意识与图面表达能力，能够完成建模、制图、排版及相关支持工作。
• 具备较好的执行力与配合意识，能够根据项目要求完成分配任务。
• 具备主动学习意愿，希望在真实项目中持续积累经验并成长。

Job Responsibilities
This role supports the team with design assistance and foundational project tasks, serving as an important contributor to day-to-day output and project efficiency.

Key Requirements
• Basic software skills, visual awareness, and graphic presentation ability, with the capacity to support modeling, drawing, layout, and related tasks.
• Strong execution and collaboration skills, with the ability to complete assigned tasks based on project needs.
• A proactive attitude toward learning, with the desire to grow through real project experience.

O 实习生 Intern（IN）

岗位职责
协助团队完成项目中的基础支持工作，在真实项目环境中学习、参与并建立对设计与商业项目的基本理解。

岗位要求
• 具备基础的软件能力、审美意识与表达能力，能够配合完成基础性工作。
• 具备认真细致的工作态度和团队协作意识。

Job Responsibilities  
This role supports the team with basic project tasks and learns through real project involvement, building a fundamental understanding of design and commercial projects.

Key Requirements
• Basic software skills, visual awareness, and communication ability, with the capacity to support foundational work.
• A careful working attitude and a good sense of teamwork.
