AntiStatics Architecture is an international creative Architecture and Design studio, founded by Mo Zheng and Martin Miller based in Beijing and New York. We focus on innovative design utilizing cutting-edge digital tools and advanced fabrication to develop elegant solutions. The office is driven to provide innovative architectural solutions looking to advanced computational tools to find new material efficiencies and user integration. Our work includes master planning, architectural design, interiors, art installation, stage design, and cutting-edge technological research.

Antistatics believes in the experiment. O 建筑设计师 (建筑与空间设计一体)
Architectural Designer（Architecture and Interior Integration）

工作描述：
您将在非静止的国际团队担任建筑设计师的工作，直接与美国设计总监设计与研发跨尺度的建筑与空间设计，并且训练提高运用利用尖端电脑设计技术与传统的建造技术。目前我们在国内与海外有一系列的建筑与景观设计项目、商业旗舰店/地标店、沉浸式剧场演艺空间、中小尺度的建筑改造及极具创意的室内、装置艺术的设计与建造。同时我们在美国多个地区设计建造一列3D打印与预制住宅，并主导研发AI算法生成、 参数化设计与数字建造一体的项目。

要求：
•具有专业建筑学位（建筑本科或硕士），或相关领域。海外留学经历者优先；
•有很强的方案和设计能力。有从事过以下类别设计优先：城市更新建筑改造、商业空间与度假酒店、剧场与演艺空间、中小尺度创意性强的建筑设计、艺术装置与数字建造；
•2+ 年的工作经验 （国内或海外经验，同时欢迎应届硕士毕业生）；
•有很强的三维建模能力和二维绘图技能；
•有很强的Rhino 3D建模及设计技能,  熟练使用Adobe Suite, Auto CAD；
•有较强的渲染和平面表现能力, 掌握Lumion等渲染软件 , 并有较强的后期PS能力；
•有Grasshopper编程，Maya/T-spine，动画编辑经验为佳，不是必须条件；
•有从设计到施工、建造的能力和解决不同尺度复杂问题的能力，了解材料与建造工艺；
•具有完成设计图纸和汇报文件的能力；
•较强的英文书写和口语能力；
•了解一定的数字建造与3D打印技术为佳。

Job description:
You will work as an architectural designer, directly collaborating with design directors to design and develop cross-scale architectural and spatial designs. You will work and learn to develop projects utilizing cutting edge tools alongside traditional analogue techniques. We are currently in the process of developing projects involving the Urban renewal projects in Beijing, Fashion Flagship Stores for high-end retail design, immersive theater performance spaces in multiple cities; and computationally driven research and digital fabrication. At the same time, we are designing and constructing a series of prefabricated wooden houses in the US.

Requirements:
• professional degree in architecture B. Arch or M. Arch, or in a relevant field
• strong planning and design abilities. Priority is given to those who have worked in: urban renewal and architectural renovation, commercial spaces and resort hotels, theaters and performing arts spaces, small and medium-sized creative architectural design, art installations and digital construction, and Single or multifamily houses.
• 2+ years’ work experience
• strong communication skills, cooperated and organized, have responsibility
• strong 3D modeling skill and 2D drafting skill
• strong Rhino, Adobe Suite, Auto CAD skills
• scripting, Maya/ T-spine, Animation experience is desired, not required
• strong rendering and graphic skill, using Lumion, V-ray and Strong at post production
• ability to work from design to construction/fabrication and complex problem solving in different scales
• ability to prepare drawing packages and presentation packages
• fluency in written and spoken English, bilingual Chinese English is a plus
• knowledge of digital fabrication is a plus

O 室内设计师（商业与时尚品牌店面方向）/Interior Designer (Commercial and fashion retail direction)

要求：
• 两年以上实际建筑及室内设计从业经验，最好参与过时尚品牌旗舰店/概念店设计、Pop-up快闪店、商业店面空间（服装、珠宝品牌）、品牌VI/SI手册设计、剧场演艺建筑空间、茶咖餐厅酒吧空间设计、办公空间设计、艺术文化空间等类型的项目;
• 具有专业建筑或室内设计学位（建筑本科或硕士），或相关领域。
• 熟练掌握Rhino, Adobe Suite, Auto CAD等软件，具备从二维图纸到三维建模的能力。有较强的渲染和平面表现能力, 掌握D5, Lumion等渲染软件 , 并有较强的后期PS能力。
• 完整参与过建筑及室内项目的方案设计、各专业深化配合、施工图绘制、现场指导，直至完工交付的全过程；
• 有组织全套施工图的能力，能够协调水暖电各专业图纸交图，并最终审定全套图纸；
• 有对建筑与外立面设计的理解，达到室内、室外的设计统一；
• 有照明设计的经验和对光环境的理解，并对色彩和国际化的设计趋势有自己的见解；
• 熟悉设计材料、室内软装、家具、艺术品；并符合国际化的设计趋势并有一定的审美。
• 有一定的现场经验，参与现场施工会议与现场服务。

Requirements:
• More than two years of practical experience in architecture and interior design, preferably involved in projects such as fashion brand flagship/concept store design, commercial store space (clothing, jewelry brands, coffee and bar), Brand’s VI/SI Manual Design, theater performance space, restaurant bar space design, office space design, art and cultural space, etc.
•With a professional degree in architecture or interior design (Bachelor or Master of Architecture), or a related field. Study abroad experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Suite, Auto CAD software, available from two-dimensional drawings to three-dimensional modeling and rendering capabilities. Strong rendering and graphic skill, using D5, Lumion.
• Complete interior project design, worked with different project professions, construction drawings, and on-site guidance until completion of the whole process of delivery;
• Has the independent ability to organize complete construction drawing set, can coordinate the plumbing and other professional drawings and finalize a full set of the drawings;
• Understanding of architectural design, can work together with architectural designer and optimize the design; make sure indoor and outdoor design is consistent.
• Experience in lighting design and Understanding light environment; has a strong scene of color and his or her own opinion in international design trends;
• Experience in material, interior décor, furniture, art pieces, follow the design trends;
• Has on-site experience, participate the in-construction meetings.

O 助理设计师（室内与品牌VI SI设计师）/ Assistant Designer （Architecture, Interior and Parametric Direction）

要求：
• 具有专业建筑学位（建筑本科或硕士），或相关领域 (室内设计、景观环艺专业) 。海外留学经历者优先。
•申请者拥有优秀的建筑与室内空间、建筑外立面与景观环境、产品与艺术装置等的3D数字化设计或参数化设计能力。有很强的三维建模能力和二维绘图技能。
• 有一定的经验从事中小尺度建筑设计、室内商业类设计项目、从概念设计到建造过程的能力为佳， 参与过品牌的VI 视觉元素、店面SI开发与标准化手册的设计为佳。
•熟练使用Rhino 3D, Adobe Creative Suite，CAD ；Grasshopper编程经验为佳，不是必须条件。有一定的室内图纸深化能力与展陈道具的深化能力。
•有很强的视觉平面表现能力和设计才能，有较强的渲染和平面表现能力, 熟练使用D5, Lumion或其他渲染软件并有较强的后期PS能力与AI分析图设计能力。具有完成设计图纸和ID汇报文件的能力。
• 学习并掌握AI 工具 Midjourney 等完成前期设计效果的视觉表达，并可以通过3D设计与参数化编程生成相应的设计效果。
• 对3D打印、CNC 制造、数字建造等有兴趣，可以操作工作室的Fabrication Lab, 并参与工作室的数字建造产品的设计与研发；优秀的模型制作和手工实践能力, 有激光切割及3D打印制作技能为佳。
•有一定的平面设计与新媒体设计能力。有视频编辑与制作能力，动画编辑Adobe After Effects、剪映编辑经验为佳。
• 流利的英文书写和口语能力。
• 实习申请者应考虑工作最少3-6个月。

Requirements:
• Professional degree in architecture or Interior, or in a relevant field
• The applicant possesses excellent 3D digital design or parametric design capabilities in architecture and interior space, building facades and landscape environments, products, and art installations. He/she has strong 3D modeling skills and 2D drawing skills.
• Have certain experience in small and medium-scale architectural design, interior commercial design projects, and the ability to manage the entire process from concept design to construction is preferred. Participation in brand VI visual elements, store SI development, and standardized manual design is also preferred.
• Proficient in using Rhino 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and CAD; experience with Grasshopper programming is preferred but not required. Certain abilities in interior drawing refinement and exhibition prop design.
• Strong conceptual and design talent, has strong rendering and graphic rendering abilities, as well as strong post production PS and analytical graphic design skills. Ability to complete design drawings and report documents.
• Visual expression of design effects can be achieved through AI tools such as Midjourney, and corresponding design effects can be generated through digital design and parametric design.
•Interested in 3D printing, CNC manufacturing, digital construction, etc., able to operate the Fab Lab of the studio, and participate in the design and development of certain digital construction products; Excellent craft and model-making skills, knowing laser-cut and 3D Printing is a plus.
• Have certain abilities in graphic design and new media design. Ability in video editing and production, preferably using Adobe After Effects and Jianying.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, bilingual Chinese English is a plus
• Internship applicant should consider to work minimum 3-6 months.

O 总经理助理 / CEO Assistant

要求：
•建筑、设计、艺术或商业管理相关专业的本科或大专以上学历，会计、财务等相关专业大专以上学历。
•熟悉MS Office (word, excel, PPT) 和 Adobe Creative Suit (PS, InDesign) 软件。
•工作细致，责任感强，具有财务经验优先考虑。
•熟悉设计公司的的工作流程，与总经理参与设计汇报及整理会议纪要工作，配合总经理完成客户跟进、项目合作方对接工作。
•具备法务知识、公文撰写能力，配合完成编写设计服务类相关合同与报价、时间安排。
•配合创始人完成讲座与汇报文件的整理、编排与行程安排。
•负责一定的行政工作及办公室日常管理工作。
•学习能力强，通过和国际设计师团队工作，学习掌握设计流程和平面设计及文案、新媒体、视频制作、网站编排等。

Requirements:
• bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, design, art, business management, or related fields, or college degree or above in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) software.
• Be meticulous at work, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and those with financial experience are preferred.
• Familiar with the workflow of the design company, participate in design presentations and organize meeting minutes with the general manager, and cooperate with the general manager to complete customer follow-ups and project partner coordination.

O 新媒体运营助理/ New Media Operation Assistant

要求：
•建筑、传媒、设计、艺术或商业管理相关专业的本科或大专以上学历。
•负责设计公司新媒体运营相关工作：新媒体编辑、网站更新、公众号编辑更新、社交媒体更新，并协助总监完成投奖项、发表作品等工作。
•捕捉相关热门话题和内容、策划选题、编辑视频文案。有视频编辑能力，使用Adobe After Effects或剪映视频编辑软件为佳，有一定的平面设计与新媒体短视频制作能力。
•掌握办公软件MS Office (word, excel, PPT) 和平面设计软件Adobe Creative Suit (PS, AI, InDesign)软件为佳。

Requirements:
• 4 years bachelor degree in Architecture, Art, Design, or Business management.
• Responsible for the new media operation related work of the design company: new media editing, website updating, official account editing and updating, social media updating, and assisting the director to complete the work of awarding and publishing works.
• Having video editing skills is preferred, preferably using Adobe After Effects or other video editing software, and having certain graphic design and new media design abilities.
