Atelier Alter Architects时境建筑2009年成立于纽约，目前是一家立足北京的先锋建筑事务所。时境两位创始人卜骁骏、张继元拥有哈佛、Cooper Union、清华的教育背景和国际一线事务所建筑师经验，他们5次受邀于清华大学、天津大学任教大师班任教，目前合伙人在天津大学任副教授职位。时境设计品类包括博物馆、体育馆、体验中心及艺术装置等；时境建筑是同时拥有建筑、室内一体化设计能力的机构。

Atelier Alter Architects was founded in New York in 2009 and is now a pioneering architectural firm based in Beijing. Atelier Alter’s two founders, Xiaojun Bu and Yingfan Zhang, have educational backgrounds from Harvard, Cooper Union, and Tsinghua University, as well as experience as architects in top-tier international firms. Currently, the partners serve as associate professors at Tianjin University. Atelier Alter’s design portfolio includes museums, gymnasiums, experience centers, and art installations; Atelier Alter is an organization that has the ability to integrate architecture and interior design at the same time.

建筑创作穿越经济周期并不容易，时境仍一直保持着极高的热情探索当代建筑语言的边界，通过打造大体量和复杂性的建筑承担更大的社会责任的挑战积极参加到社会运作之中。时境的代表作多是与文化和社区相关的公共建筑，如中法生态城文体中心、英良石材自然历史博物馆、圣农博物馆、北理工文体中心、大理变压剧场，这些项目漫长而又需要对社会分工精确掌控，其完成品质、探讨的社会价值取向、对技术的挑战和推进使得时境成为当下国际青年建筑师中不可忽视的优秀设计团队并获取了广泛社会关注和认可，目前时境正努力为独树一帜的建筑语言疆域挺进，并致力于打造国际视野下的中国建筑师形象。时境作品获得150+国际国内奖项，如美国建筑大师奖、意大利The Plan Award奖、MUSE奖、法国DNA奖、荷兰Frame杂志奖、英国Dezeen奖、美国年度最佳奖、美国建筑师协会奖、美国纽约建筑师奖、FX室内设计奖、WIN&WAN奖、A’奖等。

It is not easy for architectural creations to go through economic cycles, Atelier Alter still maintains a high level of enthusiasm in exploring the boundaries of contemporary architectural language and actively participates in social operations through the challenge of creating large volume and complex buildings with greater social responsibility. Atelier Alter’s representative works are mostly public buildings related to culture and community, such as China-France Eco-city Culture and Sports Center, Yingliang Stone Natural History Museum, Sunner Museum, BIT University Sports Center, and Dali Transformer Theatre, which are lengthy and need to have precise control over the social division of labor, and the quality of their completion, the exploration of the social values, and the challenge and advancement of the technology have made Atelier Alter an outstanding design team and gained a high reputation as a leading architectural team among the young architects of the world. Atelier Alter is now striving for a unique architectural language territory and is committed to building the image of Chinese architects in the international perspective. Atelier Alter’s works have won more than 150 international and domestic awards, such as AIA Award, The Plan Award, MUSE Award, DNA Award, Frame Award, Dezeen Award, Best of the Year Award, FX Award, WIN&WAN Award, A’Award, and so on.

作为新锐建筑师，时境也积极参与到当代艺术中，艺术作品被喜马拉雅美术馆永久收藏，作品多次参加威尼斯双年展（2025年两件作品）、深圳双年展、北京双年展、北京设计周、中法建筑展、韩国“Factory as Urban”等国内外重大建筑展览。两位合伙人被香港《透视》杂志评选为大中华区40位40岁以下的卓越年轻设计师、是德国开赛尔艺术年展全球19家唯一中国设计团队。

As an emerging architect, Atelier Alter is also actively involved in contemporary art. Its works have been permanently collected by the Himalayan Museum of Art, and it has participated in many major architectural exhibitions both at home and abroad, such as the Venice Biennale (two works in 2025), the Shenzhen Biennale, the Beijing Biennale, the Beijing Design Week, the Sino-French Architecture Exhibition, and the “Factory as Urban” exhibition in Korea. The two partners were selected by Hong Kong’s Perspective magazine as one of the 40 outstanding young designers under the age of 40 in Greater China, and were the only Chinese design team in the world’s 19th Documenta Art Fair in Germany.

时境目前积极开拓海外市场，且与大多数公司一样目前正在努力对抗经济、建筑市场衰退大潮的生存压力；在这里工作是非常繁忙的，但成长很快；这里都是热爱建筑，希望有自己的作品和业绩的小伙伴，希望能与你同行一路。

Atelier Alter is currently actively exploring overseas markets, and like most companies is currently trying to fight the pressure of survival of the economy, the tide of the recession in the construction market; work here is very busy, but growing fast; here are all the love of architecture, hope to have their own works and performance of the partners, I hope to be able to walk with you along the way.

工作地点：北京

O 助理建筑设计师 2人
Assistant Architectual Designers

1.建筑学本科及以上学历，6个月以上的建筑事务所正式工作经验（不含实习），能接受新知识的挑战，对建筑充满热情；能接受竞赛工作节奏;
Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture; at least 6 months of formal work experience in an architectural firm (internship excluded); passionate about architecture, eager to learn new knowledge and embrace challenges, and able to adapt to the working pace of architectural competitions.
2.必须熟练掌握Rhino, Grasshopper, D5, CAD, Adobe等常用软件；需要掌握基础AI工具
Proficient in commonly used software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, D5, CAD, Adobe, AI etc.
3.有较强的动手能力，用物理模型推敲设计（不限于3D打印）；平面设计、视频编辑能力者优先；英语优者优先。
Strong hands-on ability, capable of refining designs through physical (3D printing) models; those with skills in graphic design, video editing, and proficiency in English are preferred.

O 建筑实习生
intern

1.实习生需在校成绩优越；能接受新知识的挑战，对建筑充满热情；
Interns are required to have excellent academic performance at school. They should be able to embrace the challenge of new knowledge and be passionate about architecture.
2.必须熟练掌握Rhino, CAD, Adobe等常用软件；需要掌握基础AI工具
Be familiar with commonly used software such as Rhino, CAD, AI，and Adobe software.
3.有较强的动手能力，用物理模型推敲设计（不限于3D打印）；平面设计、视频编辑能力者优先；英语优者优先。
Should have strong hands – on skills and be able to refine designs using physical (3D – printed) models. Those with graphic design and video editing skills will be preferred. Proficiency in English is also a plus.

O 项目建筑设计师 1人
Project Architectual Designers

1.建筑学本科及以上学历；有较强的实战能力，有快速的学习能力和进取精神；能接受竞赛工作节奏。
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture; strong practical skills, quick learning ability, and a proactive spirit required; ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of competition work.
2.具有3~5年以上公建、高层、学校等工作经验，房地产经验不计算在内；
3-5 years or more of experience in public buildings, high-rise structures, schools, etc.; real estate experience not considered;
3.必须熟练掌握Rhino, Grasshopper, D5, CAD等常用软件，具有AI、BIM经验者优先；
Proficient in commonly used software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, D5, CAD; candidates with Ai、BIM experience are preferred;
4.具有较强的方案设计能力，有与施工图设计对接的经验。
Strong conceptual design ability and experience coordinating with construction drawing design.

O 室内设计师 1人
Interior Designers

1.室内设计相关专业本科及以上学历；
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field of interior design.
2.必须熟练掌握Rhino, CAD, Adobe等常用软件；具有独立渲染能力；
Proficient in commonly used software such as Rhino, CAD, Adobe, etc.; independent rendering capability is required.
3.具有较强的方案设计能力，有施工图设计（对接）经验；
Strong conceptual design ability and experience in construction drawing design coordination.
4.具有5年以上工作经验。
Minimum of 5 years of work experience.

O 产品设计师 1人
Product Designer

1.工业设计、产品设计及相关专业本科及以上学历。拥有至少1年及以上产品设计相关工作经验，熟悉产品设计全流程。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design, Product Design or related majors. Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in product design and be familiar with the entire product design process.
2.必须熟练掌握Rhino、Fusion 360软件；会使用工业渲染软件（如KeyShot、V-Ray等）。
Must be proficient in Rhino and Fusion 360 software; able to use industrial rendering software (such as KeyShot, V-Ray, etc.).
3.熟悉3D打印完整工作流，包括3D打印建模、切片设置、后期处理及原型验证等环节。
Familiar with the complete 3D printing workflow, including 3D printing modeling, slicing settings, post-processing and prototype verification.
4.具备良好的形态感、材料认知及细节把控能力，动手能力强；工作认真负责、有主动性，能在截止日期前独立完成设计及迭代工作。
Have a good sense of form, material cognition and detail control ability, and strong practical ability; be serious and responsible at work, proactive, and able to independently complete design and iteration work before the deadline.

O 媒体运营 1人
Media Operations

1.具有较强的英语沟通交流和听说读写能力；
Strong English communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
2.有良好的建筑知识框架、文字能力、归纳能力、图纸整理能力，能进行视频编辑、平面排版和基础平面设计等工作；
Good understanding of architectural knowledge, proficiency in writing, summarization, and drawing organization; ability to perform video editing, graphic layout, and basic graphic design.
3.擅长与人沟通，协助各媒介出版物的发表过程，协调展览、媒体活动等相关事宜；
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, assisting in the publication process of various media, coordinating exhibitions, and handling related matters for media activities.
4.该职位有出差的需求，需要参与投标商务文件整理。
This position may involve business trips and participation in the organization of bid-related documents.

O 驻场建筑师1人
Site Architects

（工作地点：湖北、福建、河北、中东等地）
(Work Locations: Hubei, Fujian, Hebei, Middle-East etc.)

1.建筑学专业大专及以上学历，三年以上建筑设计实践经验。
College degree or above in architecture, with more than three years of practical experience in architectural design.
2.熟悉建筑施工规范、流程、工艺、材料，能独立绘制施工细节等图纸。
Familiar with construction norms, processes, techniques, and materials; able to independently draw construction detail drawings.
3.具备较强的责任感、良好的现场把控力和决策能力。
Strong sense of responsibility, good on-site control, and decision-making ability.
4.具有多方合作经验及团队沟通协调能力，能够理解和准确传达设计意图，现场指导施工方解决问题。
Experience in collaboration with multiple parties and excellent team communication and coordination skills; capable of understanding and accurately conveying design intent, guiding on-site construction to solve problems.
5.能熟练运用CAD、Rhinoceros、Microsoft Office等专业软件。
Proficient in using professional software such as CAD, Rhinoceros, Microsoft Office, etc.

O 建模渲染师
Modeling and Rendering Specialist

1.熟练使用3Dmax、Vray, CAD, photoshop, Ai, 兼顾rhino、enscape、D5、stable difussion, mid journey等软件更佳。
Proficient in using 3Dmax, Vray, CAD, Photoshop, and Ai. Familiarity with software such as Rhino, Enscape, D5, Stable Diffusion, and Midjourney is a plus.
2.按照设计师意图，建模渲染。
Model and render in accordance with the designer’s intentions.
3.具备良好的敬业精神、团队协作与沟通能力，工作积极主动，吃苦耐劳。
Possess a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork and communication skills. Be proactive in work and able to endure hardship.
