办公区域采取“模块化”设计,可以适应不同规模和类型的企业的需求:整层、整栋、双栋或组团。同时,不同的组合方式以均好性原则为前提,每个办公单元都拥有独立的入户空间和前厅,以及与办公区相配套的院落和拥有良好视野的屋顶花园。
The design of office area adopts “modular system”, which can adapt to the demands of Enterprises in different sizes and types: single floor, single building or double-connected buildings or a group of buildings. At the same time, different combinations are preconditioned on the principle of balanced advantages, each office unit has a separate entrance space and vestibule, as well as courtyard forming complete set with the office and the roof garden offering good view.
“灵活性”与“均好性”的坚持,不仅符合产业地产的市场规律,也折射了设计者对空间公正与社会公正的关注。
The adherence to “Flexibility” and “Balanced Advantages” are not only in line with the law of industrial real estate market, but also reflect the designer’s concern over the spatial justice and the social justice.
办公花园 Office Garden
工作也是生活的重要组成。在轻松宜人的环境下工作,效率也会随之提升。花园式的办公环境为促进人与人、企业与企业之间的交流提供了平台。底层的庭院可由企业自行设计与使用,不同的喜好与使用方式也成为展现企业文化的窗口;露台花园提供了更多拥有良好采光通风的休息空间;而屋顶花园则为员工提供了休憩的绝佳场所。
Work is also an important part of life. In a relaxed and pleasant working environment, the efficiency will increase as a result. Garden-like office environment provides a platform to promote the exchanges between people, and between enterprises. The courtyard on groundfloor is designed and used by the enterprise itself, as different preferences and usage can become a window to display the corporate culture; the terrace garden provides rest places featuring excellent daylighting and ventilation; and the roof garden offers great recreation place for staff.

Here the industrial park is no more icy factory for offices, and employees are no more working machines. The design will create this place a more humane enterprise community. The streets with appropriate scale provide users with comfortable and friendly walking space, and the squares and courtyards scattering in the community increase the possibility of encountering and exchange.
建筑与环境所提供的舒适与惬意,缓解了工作于其中的人们的紧张与压力,从而提高了工作的效率、增进了创新的能力,同时也使员工对企业产生归属感。
The comfortable and coziness provided by the architecture and the environment ease the tension and pressure of people working in it, thereby improving work efficiency, enhancing the ability to innovate, but also increasing the sense of belonging of employees to the enterprise.
