Established in 2013 by Zuzana Kovar and Nicholas Skepper, the practice has been recognised for exemplary work in residential architecture, particularly for sensitive adaptations, renovations and extensions to Queenslanders and workers’ cottages. The practice has also been awarded and published for works of small public architecture.
Based in Red Hill, Brisbane, the practice has delivered architectural projects throughout Queensland and NSW, from the Sunshine Coast, to Brisbane and the Gold Coast, NSW Central Coast and Sydney.
The practice continues an active interest in arts practice and has delivered exhibition designs for prominent public art galleries. Both directors obtained a PhD from the RMIT School of Architecture and Design and Zuzana holds a lecturing appointment in the Griffith School of Architecture.
