Victor Márquez has a Doctor of Science from Cornell University in NY and a Master's degree in Sociology and History from the same university. He has a master's degree in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and an Architect from UNAM . He is the winner of the Fulbright , Sage and NSG scholarships , as well as the AL Pani National Architecture Prize .
