Terral Arquitectos is a studio based in Torre del Mar (Velez-Malaga, Malaga).
In 2002 it began its activity as CTMAR_arquitectura_ingeniería_telecomunicación, with the impulse and under the direction of Fernando Casquero Gherardi, which forms a multidisciplinary team that specializes in technical consultancy projects and construction management for national private developers and public administration.
After the crisis in the real estate sector, the team was restructured to adapt to the new demands of the market, and in 2017 a new stage began, combining all the professional and personal experience acquired in the previous period with a new drive under the name of Terral Arquitectos.
