Architecture and urban planning office founded in 2008 in the city of Medellin, Colombia. We think of an architecture that works with the existing place, that tries to understand the people and their ways of living, their expectations, and that seeks to modify the landscape by understanding its particular conditions and using them as opportunities, where possible, to highlight or recover the cultural identity aiming at an appropriation that leads to an improvement in the quality of life and community cohesion. Our goal is to develop architecture that truly belongs to a certain place and community. We firmly believe that architecture should not imitate nature, that the most honest operation that can be done is to propose a piece in which both the artificial and natural components make their principles and characteristics clearly manifest.
