The Caret is the symbol used in typography to indicate the absence of a word or element and the need for insertion and integration. Its etymological origin derives from the Latin carere – “to lack something” – and it represents the Studio’s approach: reading absence as a design opportunity.
The Caret identifies the exact point at which to intervene, which in our work translates into attention to detail and a design vision carefully developed in every aspect. Absence is not seen as a limitation but as a possibility: a critical space capable of welcoming new narratives, new functions, and new identities.
