这是一间200㎡无服务员、无收银员、无采购员、无大厨的湖南米粉餐厅；
这是一个打破传统餐厅的空间逻辑、以适应智能化餐厅整体解决方案的新型快餐空间。
——以兼具实用性和技术性的空间布局和细节设计，配合“人人湘“品牌的互联网餐饮模式，为消费者提供高效、便宜、新颖、有趣的空间体验。
This is a 200 sqm Hunan rice noodle restaurant without any waiter, cashier, and chef;
This is an innovative fast-food space that breaks up the traditional restaurant layout and creates a new one using intelligent restaurant technology. It provides efficient, economical, innovative and fun spatial experience for the customer, through the practical and technical space layout, design detail and the cooperation with Renrenxiang’s O2O catering model.
餐厅立面：
红、蓝、黑三色拼接立面，简洁、鲜艳，突出品牌logo，明确引导自提区和堂食区人群。
Facade: The facade composed with three colors – red, blue and black that highlights the logo, guiding the customer to the pick-up and dining areas.
B.入口空间：
湖南山水图案的白色背漆玻璃和LED蓝色灯光地面，凸显餐厅地域性、现代化特色；并配合人人湘点餐、下单、支付均通过微信平台的运营模式，放置兼具点餐及菜品推荐功能的电子触屏站台。
Entrance: The white coated glass with printed shan-shui pattern and the glass floor with blue LED light emphasize the fusion of regionalism and modernity; cooperating with Renrenxiang’s operating system (ordering, payment on wechat) , two touch-screen machines are set at the entrance for food ordering and recommendation.
C.餐厅空间：
黑白主色调配以红色座椅、蓝色灯光及线性装饰造型，呼应未来餐厅主题和品牌色彩。
中央的“人”字型出餐回收轨道系统与后厨相连，传送带两旁设自助取餐口。消费者则可据社交需求，选择轨道两边的吧台或隔间进行用餐，餐桌下配两用充电器。
Dining space: The interior space uses white and black as main tone, contrasted with red chairs, blue lights and linear decorations, which corresponds to the futuristic theme and brand’s characteristic. The circulating track in the center connects the kitchen and the self-pickup windows at both sides of the track. Customer could choose either bar table or private cell depending on their own social needs. Two-way chargers are set under the dining tables.
D.后厨空间：
人人湘的后厨采用中央厨房供餐系统，与传统中餐后厨相比，大大减少了所需空间。
Kitchen: Renrenxiang’s kitchen using central kitchen as serving system reduces the need for operation spaces compared to traditional Chinese kitchen.
这里，并不标榜高冷科技；
这里，用一种新的空间逻辑，让美味与智能相得益彰；
人人湘未来餐厅，智能化空间里的经典味道。
High-tech is not only an advertisement here;
A new spatial logic has been applied to combine Gourmet and intellectuality.
