设计师以“体验式消费”为核心,从而打造了艾佳大 牌档文化主题餐吧。
艾佳大牌档是一家具有地方特色的清真餐厅,位于兰州市中心,总面积约为 2400 平方米。为了适应当下的经济市场,设计师连同业主做了大量的市场调研和 分析工作,最终确定以“体验式消费”为核心,打造深入人心的文化主题餐吧。
在确定能够满足大多数人长时间消费的目标后设计师以“大排档”产品的经 营方式作为基础,从项目造价 上减少成本的同时重点体现就 餐环境的休闲性,扩展空间在 功能上和时间上的多元化,引 入后堂功能区“明厨亮灶”的 形式,整体公共部分则是通过 大厅连接小厅,小厅连接房间 的形式,满足开放与半开放空 间的“体验式消费”模式。所 谓“体验”就是人们通过听觉、 视觉、嗅觉、味觉响应某些“刺 激”的个别事件。在此同时为 了提升和创新“大排档”在人 们心中的影响我们带入了一些 LOFT 清吧的概念来改善空间气 氛,重点突出乐趣的同时,体 现电影文化,这是设计师想做 的主题,而多元化、自由性形 成了“艾佳大牌档”的名称及个性。

在掌握经营与模式方面的内 容后设计师团队开展工作的同时又 与业主方进行了多次汇合与修改工 作。设计轮廓与细节把握围绕着低 成本造价,突出“体验式消费”的 目的展开,确立 LOFT 风格的餐吧 形式,应用 LOFT 的体现方式在主 材方面大量使用回收旧红砖、工业 用钢皮和原木、素水泥、玻璃等元 素通过材料之间的对比,结合欧式 风格中使用的面、线造型方式重新 设计。使整体空间展现出复古、雅 致、趣味且又时尚的 LOFT 风格。
在中心概念上“体验”要先设 定一个主题,艾佳大牌档的主题就 是电影文化。设计师围绕电影元素 在装修上缩减成本,在主题文化体 现的硬件上与业主精心商洽打造市 区独一无二的消费体验空间——餐 厅里的 5D、7D 影院。除此之外在 不同的空间中也大量的使用专业影 院播放、灯光及音响设备。使“大 牌档”在人气、创新、文化上均得 到了提升。

为了更好地体现主题,设计师将有关电影文化的元素运用在每一个空间中。 如大幅的电影剧照背景、不同电影主题的房间和雅间、精心制作的电影主题挂件 和小场景、收集整理的奥斯卡获奖人物及陈列等,在达到轻装修重装饰的目的的 同时良好的突出空间主题文化的特征和 LOFT 清吧的气氛,使消费者与空间产生共
鸣。大牌档的灯光即要为电影 元素服务也要满足空间的需要, 整体灯光呈现偏暗的效果,雅 间的灯光更加注重氛围的营造。
艾佳大牌档实现了从经营 理念定位到室内设计概念上的 融合与突破,改善了通常理念 上清真餐厅的模式,在时下流 行的 LOFT 风格中延伸出更多具 有内容的设计,为消费者创造 出特殊的情感体验,同时又为 餐饮市场增加了新的活力。
