上海公寓改造 Apartment renovation in Shanghai

更新的住宅位于上海市区内一座2005年建成的高层住宅顶楼。为一对年轻的建筑师夫妇而设计。

The renovation apartment is located on the top floor of a high-rise apartment in Shanghai built in 2005. Design for a young architects’ couple.

需求：

1. 两人居住，考虑父母临时居住。考虑未来有小孩的可能性。

2. 希望有一个舒适的空间可以专注于自己的工作和爱好（如弹钢琴，绘画或者读书）。

3. 相对与坐在沙发上看电视，居住者希望拥有更有品质的

设计主旨：

1. 改变了常规的布局方式使家更加个人化。赋予每个房间更加清晰的主题，减少无意识消磨时间的机会。同时考虑不同的可能性。

2. 宽敞而又视野开阔的厅作为“工作室”，家里最能激发灵感的地方。

3. 小空间作为“娱乐室”内提供了沉浸式的视听体验。

Demands:

1. The apartment is mainly designed for the young couple’s living, remaining the possibility for their parents’ temporary visit and baby in the future.

2. Hosts wants to have a comfortable space to focus on their work and habits (like playing piano, painting or reading).

3. Host want to have higher quality entertainment experience instead of watching TV in the couch.

工作室

“工作室”的核心是一张2m*0.9m的黑胡桃木桌子，提供了充足的空间。工作及用餐时可以远眺浦东的景色。进门右上方的一字吊顶遮挡住后方的露明给水管。吊顶下方安装了轨道，使黑板可移动至走道处。黑板所在的墙体为铝塑板饰面，卧室门为隐形门，与黑板同时封闭时可使工作室形成一个独立的空间体验。顶部为水泥饰面，暗示了这个空间的严肃性。可旋转移动的射灯提供了家庭小型演出的可能性。工作室的柜子用于储藏频繁取用的日常物品。

Studio:

The core of the studio is a black walnut table (2m*0.8m), provide plenty of space. Hosts can have dinner or working on it with a good view of Pudong. Partial drop ceiling cover a long exposed pipe behind it. There is a track on the bottom of the ceiling, so that the big blackboard can be moving forward. The wall behind the blackboard is decorated by aluminum panel. There is an invisible door to the master bedroom, when it’s closed while the blackboard block the corridor, the studio becomes an independent space. The top of the studio is decorate with cement, implies the different quality. The spotlight can be rotated and provide the possibility of family performance. The cabinet in the studio is used to store frequently used items.

娱乐室

娱乐室空间较为狭小，由于没有储藏间，娱乐室同时承担着储藏非常用物品的任务。通过设置榻榻米和墙面柜，娱乐室形成了2.4m*2.4m*2.4m的正方体的使用空间，在这个空间内，不再需要任何家具，形成了一个出人意料的沉浸式的空间。

作为娱乐室，娱乐室拥有92寸的投影荧幕及5.1家庭影院的配置，投影仪、游戏机、家庭影院后置音箱均放置在吊柜与地柜中间的设备槽内。作为储藏空间，榻榻米下及柜子提供了强大的不常用的物品储藏功能。此外，这个空间还可以作为冥想室或者卧室。

Entertainment room

The Entertainment room is narrow and small. As there is no storeroom in the apartment, this room should also offer a storage place for seldom used stuff. With the tatami on the ground and the cupboard on the wall, the room became a cube space which is 2.4m long in length, width and height. No furniture is need here and thus the room provides an immersive experience unexpectedly.

The entertainment room is equipped with 92’ screen and 5.1 surrounds effect of stereo family movie theater. The projector, Xbox and the rear speakers are on the gap between the upper and lower cupboard. The tatami and the cupboard offer enough space for seldom used stuff. In addition, the room can be meditation or bedroom as well.

主卧室

主卧室以木质家具为主，提供一种舒适而闲散的体验。飘窗内框为水泥饰面，将视觉引导自然到窗外的景色。

Bedroom

The bedroom is cozy and relaxing with the furniture in it mostly wooden. The bay window is painted with cement which lead the eyesight to the outside view.
