“自生长、 层化 、天空之城”——马来西亚森林城市设计

设计概念

“绿色设计”在这个时代已经成为一个华丽而往往被滥用的词汇。“大面积绿植、空中花园、呼吸式玻璃幕墙、雨水收集“……种种概念背后往往是各种能耗更大的”皇帝的新衣“。我们对于”绿色“的理解不局限于这些传统概念或者表面文章,而是从更本质的城市角度出发。

在马来西亚森林城市竞标项目中,”绿色“意味着城市本质上应当是一种有机体,它具有自我生长的能力和随环境和需求改变而变化的自适应性。我们追溯到70年代新城代谢派和archigram的部分城市理念,探讨巨构、插接、自生长、群造型等理念,解决其历史局限性,并加以改良,焕发新生。

Design Concept
Beside the nomal strategy of sustainable design, we propose more ambitious intervention for the “Forest City” in Malaisia. Our understanding of “green city” is: the city is an organic body, it has the self-grow ability to mutate through the pocess of urban development. We absorb some concept from the “Metabolism” movement, such as mega-structure, plug-in units and group-form etc, but give them new life.

中心塔楼

场地中最高的标志性建筑,210m(规范中高度上限)。采用”叠加“的策略。主体功能为酒店及公寓。空中花园、健身中心、空中泳池、展览中心等公共空间如同三明治的层一般嵌入到建筑主体中。

The highest building of the whole development, achieving 210m, will highlight the skyline of the sea shore.In order to be unique, we use a super-imposing strategy to do the landmark, to overlap all the public programsonto the hotel volume each 8 floors.

空中别墅

如何同时享有别墅的居住体验和高层建筑的良好视野?我们将庭院式别墅与巨构相结合。
Combining the courtyard villas with the mega-structure, we get advantages of both proto-types: The dweller will have the 2 floor independent luxury living space with green-yards, at the same time enjoy the great view towards the sea which nomally only belongs to the skyscrapers.

自生长的服务式公寓

A地块的服务式公寓,采用了”群造型“的策略。基本的组成是六个单位围绕着核心筒布置。核心筒散点式的分布在地块的各个方位,构成一种相对稳定的城市基本框架,而六角形单元在此基础上自由生长,部分地方形成塔楼和裙楼,而塔楼和裙楼之间没有明显的界限,如同细胞增殖一样在场地三维空间中蔓延。随着都市需求的改变,公寓单元可以做必要的增减。

The service apartments on plot A are designed with the idea of “group-form”. The basic composition is
a concrete core surrounded by 6 units. The cores are placed at different part of the land, providing a
relatively fixed city structure, and the units start to “grow” along the frame. The city itself will never
have a “final” form. it’s an permanantly on-going process.

小户型庭院公寓

C地块的功能为60m2一下小户型公寓。我们在奇数和偶数层上对于户型做了图底关系转化的拓扑处理。上一层的住宅是下一层的庭院所在。大量的小型庭院被植入公寓之间。这些空间为住户不楼就可以享受部分公共或者休闲空间提供了可能性。

The housing on Plot C requires small units not more than 60m2 each. We do single or double composing of units on different floors, so that they get various size of green public space in-between. We put trees and grass onto the lifted courtyards. Since the units have different orientation, it largely increase the effitiency of the tower.

”天街公寓群“

D地块也以小户型公寓为主,由于容积率极高,故而形成大量住宅聚集的状态。为了避免单调的板楼形式,我们在公寓外侧让阳台出挑3米,上面辅以大量的绿植,这在建筑的实体与外界之间形成一个垂直绿化的局部小气候,也有效地削弱了建筑的生硬感。在板楼的中部空中,一条绿色天街将所有楼栋相连,形成空中的公共区域。

The housing on plot D are mainly small units. They  are laid around the transportation core to form slabs. They all have large terraces extending to 3m wide, it allows to put plenty of plants on the cantilevered terraces, becoming the “floating garden”.  In the middle of the slabs, the building is opened,and a steel corridor is placed to connect all the buildings. This corridor containing public program such as gym and coffee, generates the “sky street” for the residents.

交通组织分析

Ground Transportation
The main vehicle rote is mainly laid around the plots, with direct connection to the transportation centre and the main city road. Since it’s not allowed to do underground parking, the parking lots are placed on the 2nd floor of the podiums.  People could easily access this area from different part of the city.

Lifted  Walking System
We use bridges and passages to connect all the podium of buildings of different plots, there will be an endless pedestrian way in the air from the tram station to each building, leading for housing or shopping.
