项目位于一个条状地块的末端，混凝土围墙沿着临近的三条道路围合出基地内部空间。在毗邻主街的一侧，建筑主体量微微悬挑于围墙之上，形成一个带遮挡的入口空间，而后退的围墙则与隔壁建筑相连，保证了街道空间的连贯性。转角处巨大而通透的窗户使建筑看起来更为轻盈，也在视觉上缩小了建筑体量的尺度。立面上亚光电镀铝制铺装板的大小与窗户尺寸交错对应，低调却不乏味，其色彩也与整个环境相协调，根据天气的变化或明亮闪耀或柔和质朴。不规则四坡屋顶暗示着建筑内部空间的结构，也与周边建筑的屋顶形式相呼应。太阳能板则和深色纤维板制成的屋顶完美地拼接在一起。

A concrete wall frames the property on three sides, along the adjacent roads. Toward the front, the wall is designed as a horizontal base that is set back from the main volume above and ties into the existing situation of the neighbouring building. This forms a generous covered entrance area, which is perceived as an extension of the public realm along the main street. The cantilevered cube protrudes to mark the intersection of to streets.The large corners windows make the volume appear light and airy and play with the scale of the building in the context of the neighbourhood. The dimensions of the wall panels made from aluminium relate to the size of the window openings and provide a calm expression of the facade. The honed, anodized surfaces refer, in their colour, to the surrounding buildings. Depending on the weather they can appear bright and shiny or subdued and earthy. The irregular hipped roof is a reinterpretation of the roofs of the immediate surrounding, and is generated out of the floor plan below. The solar panels integrate perfectly into the dark roof panels made from cement fibreboard.

建筑一层为车库、储物室等服务空间，上部三层则分别为三个格局完全一致的公寓，内部空间绕中央的交通体呈环状分布。对角设置的角窗提供了超乎想象的建筑内庭与街道视野。建筑西南角的窗户可随需要滑动开启，将餐厅转变成半室外空间。橡木地板和暖灰色混凝土的天花、墙面组合成了一个整体而连贯的内部空间，营造出温暖而舒适的家庭氛围。

Three stacked apartments are organized ring like, around the central core. The diagonally arranged corner windows provide unexpected views of the interstitial spaces and streetscapes. In the southwest, the corners are articulated as two-sided sliding windows, which enable one to transform the dining areas into quasi-outdoor spaces. Soft warm tones define the atmosphere in the interior. Walls and ceilings out of exposed concrete interlock with floor and wall surfaces made from oak to form a coherent, fluid spatial structure.
