Y舍树屋位于河南洛阳老君山5A级风景区，海拔约1866m。它掩映于周围的山地树林之中，面积仅40平方米，是一个微型建筑。在这次设计实验中，本设计试图将场所、形态、结构、空间、功能、傢俱等设计要素连接为一个有机的整体。

平面和体块 | Y Plan and Massing

它的Y型体量来自于场所特质。多棵参天大树构成了此区域的重要力场。根据响应场地的策略差异性，此Y型可以被进一步分解为“L＋I”型。“L”型主要採取避让大树的保守策略，“I”型则较为主动，是将一棵大树包含进来。与之相应的是，在功能上，客厅（阁楼卧室）、卫生间等室内空间构成了“L”型平面，平台提供的半室外空间则位于“I”型一侧，如此构成Y型的三条翼。

The mini project tries to articulate the site, structure, space, program, and furniture as a whole.

The Y Bungalow is “hidden” in a forest in the LaoJun Mountain Area, Luoyang, Henan Province. A Living room with loft space, a washroom and a tiny platform form the Y shape. On the outdoor platform, people can appreciate a big tree in its centre to dialogue with the nature.

▼架空的体量，the elevated volume

高低起伏的屋顶也是对山林地形、地景的有效回应。屋顶来自于对建筑体量的一系列斜向削切操作，以响应坡地环境。靠卫生间一侧屋顶较为低矮，客厅一侧屋顶较为高耸。高启的屋顶下方暗藏了一个阁楼空间，供多人住宿之用。阁楼空间的屋顶特意暴露木龙骨，将用者的视线引向室外。

The folded roof is an echo to the surrounding hilly landscape and thick tree crown covers. The higher part of the roof covers a loft space for tea recreation or for sleeping rest. The exposed roof structure hints the outdoor splendid landscape.

此体量与主栈道之间的标高关係经过仔细的考量。主入口设置在“L”型的阴角位置，室内地坪标高低于栈道2.4m。如此，起伏的屋顶并不遮挡栈道之上的游客视线，而是将其视线引向高处，通过树冠之间的缝隙可以远眺天空，甚至远处的伏牛山脉主峰。

材料 | Material

它在靠近主栈道一侧的牆体与屋面都是实墙面，没有任何开窗，以提供良好的隐私保护。此部分採用回收的旧木条作为表皮，屋顶与牆体之间形成连续的包裹感。另一侧是完全开敞，大面积的玻璃面。这样可以提供极佳的观景视野。玻璃面采用白色明框、中空断桥构造。玻璃的分隔以竖向线条为主，是对周围植物生长趋势的顺应，长宽尺寸其实来自于人力在山地搬运的可行性诉求。开窗位置既考虑了人体尺度，也考虑了与之相邻大树的关係。

主体结构由矩形断面的钢龙骨组成框架，填充以廉价又防火的泡沫水泥板；地面是在楼承板上方浇筑轻质混凝土。这是当地建造团队对标准轻钢做法的一种低造价改良尝试，也是设计师对擅长重型建造工法的建造团队的尊重。如此尝试虽然在热工性能层面存在瑕疵，但对于季节性使用的度假客舍而言也能成立。阁楼空间由细长的圆形钢柱支撑，特意后退玻璃牆面700mm，形成一个L型围合的浅空间。它正好可以容纳去夹层阁楼的交通空间。这一交通空间与傢俱高度整合，由高低两部分组成，它们互成L 型佈局：底的部分长且低矮，高度仅450mm，正好是一个台面与人的坐凳，可以提供极好的视线，让人沿窗休憩之余俯瞰山林或者远眺云海；高的部分则是较陡的爬梯，佈置在短向牆面一侧。木质楼梯採用单梁式，内藏有钢骨构造。灯光的设计较为简洁，以点状光源为主。阁楼屋顶的龙骨中嵌有点状照明设备。地板表面材料为PVC材料，以应对极端条件下的山林潮湿微气候。

This bungalow uses lightweight steel frame system and concrete foam boards to form the superstructure, and is cladded with reused wood slats. The structure of the living room is supported by slender steel tubes, which are set back from the curtain wall by 700mm to define a buer zone between the outdoor and indoor. It is the circulation space to the mezzanine attic. This circulation space consists of two parts which are orgainized in an L-shaped layout: the longitudinal part is functioned as furniture , like a table or a seat, 450mm high, stimulating people to look down the forest and the sea of clouds; the other is a steeper ladder.
