作为本地的龙头电子商务企业，TOUTOU的发展需要摆脱既有的老旧办公场地的桎梏，因此特邀YOUNG团队来主导新办公场地的设计。

As a leading local e-commerce company, TOUTOU needed to break away from the constraints of the existing old office space in order to develop. Therefore, the YOUNG team was specially invited to lead the design of the new office space.

办公场地新址位于某住宅区底商，受住宅户型影响，建筑内部结构不如传统写字楼规整，部分场地被分割得较为碎片。结合日常办公使用需求，整合碎片化空间，兼顾开放与私密，是YOUNG团队需要面对的第一个挑战。

The new office site is located at ground-floor shops of a residential area. Due to the layout of the residential units, the internal structure of the building is not as regular as a traditional office building, and part of the site is divided into fragments. Combining daily office needs, integrating fragmented space, and balancing openness and privacy are the first challenges that the YOUNG team needs to face.

作为电商企业，TOUTOU需要有充足且多样的摄影空间服务于产品的宣发。平衡日常办公与产品宣发，即是YOUNG团队面对的另一个挑战。

As an e-commerce company, TOUTOU needs sufficient and diverse photography space to serve product promotion. Balancing daily office work and product promotion is another challenge faced by the YOUNG team.

办公场地以二、三楼为主，一楼仅作为形象展示及入户大厅使用。YOUNG团队选择将临街入户门封闭，将西北向大门作为主要入口。尽量规避入口正对街道车流的不利影响，同时扩大入口，以更开放的姿态迎接员工与参观者。化中厅方柱为圆，削弱阳角的尖锐感，柔化整个大厅的感受。悬空前台贯穿室内外，打破室内外分隔，增强室内外互动感。

The office space is mainly on the second and third floors, and the first floor is only used for image display and entrance hall. The YOUNG team chose to close the street-facing entrance door and use the northwest-facing door as the main entrance. Try to avoid the adverse impact of the entrance on street traffic, and at the same time expand the entrance to welcome employees and visitors with a more open attitude. The square columns in the central hall are transformed into circles to weaken the sharpness of the corners and soften the feeling of the entire hall. The suspended front desk runs through indoor and outdoor areas, breaking the indoor and outdoor separation and enhancing the sense of interaction between indoor and outdoor.

整体建筑北面临街，视野更广，南向则是面对住宅区内部。原有建筑主楼梯在步入二、三楼后是面向东南向墙面，十分闭塞。YOUNG团队调整楼梯，使其在步入二、三楼后面向西北，空间更为开阔。三楼横向长窗将眼前江堤与远处大桥纳入画卷之中，举目远望，内心更添几分愉悦。

The building faces the street to the north, with a wider view, and faces the interior of the residential area to the south. The main staircase of the original building faces the southeast wall after entering the second and third floors, which is very closed. YOUNG team adjusted the staircase so that it faces northwest after entering the second and third floors, creating a more open space. The long horizontal windows on the third floor incorporate the river embankment in front of you and the bridge in the distance into the picture. Looking up, it makes your heart feel even more joyful.

转头步入办公场地，YOUNG团队将主通道移至北面，在结构允许范围内，横向拉伸窗口，用超大玻璃封窗取代常规尺寸的型材窗，抬高窗台至最适合入座的高度。每个窗口既是人与景互动的场所，亦是人与人沟通的天地。以建筑内部结构为基础，YOUNG将公共办公区放置于相对规整的区域。南面以柱分隔，根据部门人数划分为若干相对独立的办公间或小型会议室。

Turning and entering the office space, the YOUNG team moved the main passage to the north, stretched the windows horizontally within the structural range, replaced the conventional profile windows with oversized glass windows, and raised the windowsill to the most suitable seating height. Each window is not only a place for interaction between people and scenery, but also a place for communication between people. Based on the internal structure of the building, YOUNG placed the public office area in a relatively regular area. The south side is separated by columns and divided into several relatively independent offices or small meeting rooms according to the number of people in each department.

中部区域因承重结构复杂，YOUNG团队将其整合为复合功能的中央小岛，内部依墙划分为水吧，电话间及小型会议室等空间，为东西两边的工作人员提供便利。由于日常产品宣发过程中，需要在不同场景下对产品进行拍摄，老办公场地仅能满足日常办公需求。因此在新办公场地的布局中，YOUNG团队在规划了若干封闭的摄影棚外，预留了相对开放的区域，方便灵活搭建不同场景，为拍摄提供便利。而在一些通道也是使用了不同于办公区的材料，构筑更多样的拍摄空间。

Due to the complex load-bearing structure of the central area, YOUNG team integrated it into a central island with multiple functions. The interior is divided into a water bar, telephone room, small meeting room and other spaces along the walls to provide convenience for staff on the east and west sides. During the daily product promotion process, it is necessary to shoot products in different scenes, and the old office space can only meet daily office needs. Therefore, in the layout of the new office space, the YOUNG team planned several closed studios and reserved relatively open areas to facilitate the flexible construction of different scenes and provide convenience for shooting. In some passages, different materials from those in the office area are used to create more diverse shooting spaces.
