腾邦差旅管理有限公司位于上海虹桥区域的独栋办公别墅内，分为地上三层及地下一层，是腾邦国际旗下企业差旅服务品牌。业务范围涵盖机票酒店、会展旅游、差旅管理、金融服务四大板块，专注为企业客户提供专业差旅管理服务。客户在欧洲期间，走访了一些德国500强企业后，引入了一种新的办公理念即——“开放办公”。在于致力打造零距离的沟通环境。不仅能拉近员工间的距离,提高工作效率，还能传达给客户信任之感。

TEMPUS Travel Management Co., Ltd. is located in the detached villa in Shanghai Hongqiao area. It is divided into three floors and one underground floor. It is a business travel service brand of TEMPUS. The business scope covers four major sections: air ticket ，hotel, exhibition tourism, travel management and financial services, focusing on providing professional travel management services for corporate customers. During the visit to some of the top 500 companies in Germany, the customer introduced a new office concept – “open office”. It is committed to creating a zero-distance communication environment. Not only can we close the distance between employees, improve work efficiency, but also convey a sense of trust to customers.

此间办公设计仍然以飞行与旅游为灵感。将飞机中的机舱、引擎、黑匣子等元素进行解构并重组，打破飞机的传统结构，使整个空间具有不稳定且极富运动感的形态倾向。希望以抽象极简的细节感知匠心精神，带给人沉稳、舒适的感官体验。主色调为黑白灰，让办公空间极具未来感，配以暖光灯为点缀,以此散发出更多活力。

The office design here is still inspired by flight and travel. The aircraft cabin, engine, black box and other elements are deconstructed and reorganized to break the traditional structure of the aircraft, making the entire space unstable and sporty. I hope to perceive the ingenuity with abstract and minimal details, and bring a calm and comfortable sensory experience. The main color is black and white, which makes the office space very futuristic, with warm light as an embellishment, which exudes more vitality.

在追求美感的同时，我们还考虑空间内的每一处关系，将顶面向两端自然延伸，与地面的壁炉相结合，巧妙地将左右空间划分为两个功能区，不失流通性，让每一处都能相互渗透。

While pursuing aesthetics, we also consider every relationship in the space, extending the top to the ends naturally, combining with the fireplace on the ground, subtly dividing the left and right spaces into two functional areas, without losing circulation, let Everywhere can penetrate each other.

截取了飞机窗户的形状，形成了半边拱形的走道，配以黑白相间的色调、以及富有节奏感的灯带，踏入这片区域，仿佛感受到透过机窗看到飞机穿越云层的情境，此刻，空间与感官的对话，增加了空间的体验感。

通道旁的水吧过渡着对外对内两个空间，满足临时会议的需要。茶水吧的一侧特别设计了带有立体切面感的背景墙，极具个性，提升了空间的层次。大落地门窗和室外的绿植结合，由内而外，互相联结。在重要活动中，加以烛光及配饰，能够在忙碌的工作中享受一段休闲的时光。

The water bar next to the passage transitions between the two outer spaces and meets the needs of the temporary meeting.The side of the tea bar is specially designed with a three-dimensional cut-out wall, which is very individual and enhances the level of space. The large floor and window are combined with the outdoor green plants, which are connected from the inside to the outside. 落地窗边的休闲沙发座和收纳柜相结合，以画框的形式和室外绿植对话，让办公环境更加舒适贴近自然。设计处处体现着人文关怀,与自然共生的理念。整个办公空间秉持着开放性、互动性的原则。将整个空间打通，采用大开放式的办公环境，仅用一些隔断做阻隔，更好地让员工实现自由办公的办公方式。

The combination of the lounge sofa and the storage cabinet on the floor-to-ceiling window, in the form of a picture frame and dialogue with the outdoor green plants, makes the office environment more comfortable and close to nature. The design reflects the concept of humanistic care and symbiosis with nature. The entire office space adheres to the principle of openness and interactivity. Open up the entire space, adopt a large open office environment, and use only a few partitions to block, better enable employees to achieve free office work.

其中特别设立了相对独立、私密性较强的电话间，像是一个收集情报的黑匣子，方便接线员不被打扰，为客户提供更优质的服务。
