城市新地标
New City Landmark

在顺德大良核心腹地，一座13.8万㎡的立体水乡正破土新生——作为华南地区目前体量最大的万象汇，亦是顺德城区首个TOD商业综合体。南临顺峰山公园，西接文体中心连廊，地铁3号线无缝接驳。

In the core hinterland of Daliang, Shunde District, a 138,000 square meter of three-dimensional water town is breaking ground for a newborn – as the largest volume in South China, it is also the first TOD commercial complex in Shunde city. Shunfeng Mountain Park is in the south, connected to the cultural and sports center corridor in the west, and seamlessly connected to Metro Line 3.

错落灵动的开放式布局，构造移步异景的岭南庭院与天井，场内处处可见的溪畔、渔舟、船篷、雾霭、波光的水乡意象，巧借光影反射，让游赏者产生扑朔迷离、真幻共生的空间感知。岭南庭院与水乡文化在此重构，是一场在地文脉与当代设计语言的创造性对话。

The staggered and dynamic open layout constructs Lingnan courtyards and air wells with different scenery, and the water town imagery of stream banks, fishing boats, boat canopies, mist and waves can be seen everywhere in the venue, which is skillfully reflected by light and shadow, giving visitors a confusing, real and imaginary symbiotic spatial perception.The reconstruction of Lingnan courtyard and water town culture here is a creative dialogue between local culture and contemporary design language.

#01设计内核:时空交错的岭南叙事，在地文化的立体重生
Design Kernel:Interlaced Temporalities: The Tectonic Rebirth of Lingnan Culture

水的流动形态沁入顺德城市肌理，凝著成刚柔并济的岭南风韵。以解构者的视角，我们从庭院递进的层次、拱桥飞虹的曲线、渔舟的流线中萃取空间基因。

The flowing form of water penetrates into the texture of Shunde city and condenses into the Lingnan style of harmony between rigidity and flexibility. From a deconstructor’s point of view, we extract the spatial genes from the progressive layers of courtyards, the curves of arched bridges and rainbows, and the streamlines of fishing boats.

“三进两院”的立体叠院体系，用钢构艺术编织，突破传统院落维度——清冷结构框架与柔润光影粒子交织，悬挑连桥化形为行驶之舟，玻璃幕墙倒映天光云影，在虚实之间重构《渔舟唱晚》的当代叙事。当现代美学对话水乡记忆，商业空间终成城市精神的容器。

The three-dimensional stacked courtyard system of “Three-hall Two-courtyard Layout”, woven with steel structure art, breaks through the dimension of traditional courtyards – the cool structural framework is interwoven with soft light and shadow particles, the cantilevered bridges are transformed into boats, and the glass curtain wall reflects the sky light and clouds, reconstructing the contemporary narrative of the “Fishing Boat Sings the Evening Song” between the reality and the reality. When modern aesthetics dialogues with the memory of the water town, the commercial space finally becomes a container for the spirit of the city.

“棱镜引舟”：位于入口天花，半镜面与磨砂体块堆叠出扭曲时空的隧道，每一帧镜像宛如置身烟云萦绕的河舟上。

“Prism Leads the Boat”: Located at the entrance ceiling, the half-mirror surface and frosted body blocks are stacked to create a twisted time and space tunnel, and each frame of the mirror image is like being on a riverboat haunted by smoke and clouds.

“浮院行舟” 南中庭
“Floating Yard Boats” South Atrium

解构岭南乌篷船为四层立体空间艺术装置，悬浮舟型连桥以镂空圆洞框就”空中月门”。半镜面不锈钢与动态LED光影共舞，虚实交织间泛起水雾弥漫。

The deconstructed Lingnan crow’s nest boat is a four-layer three-dimensional space art installation, with a suspended boat-shaped bridge framed by a hollowed-out round hole and an “Aerial Moon Gate”. Semi-mirror stainless steel and dynamic LED light and shadow dance together, interweaving the real and the virtual to create a mist of water.

檐口光轨如涟漪漫延，天窗格栅将阳光解构为跃动音符，漫步其间恍若踏入光影流转的时空之舟。

The light rails at the eaves spread like ripples, and the skylight grille deconstructs the sunlight into a leaping note, which is like stepping into a time and space boat with the flow of light and shadow when strolling through it.

“溪流汀步”西中庭

四组进退错落的折线连桥构成空间蒙太奇，几何切面的不锈钢表皮细腻纹理。当暖光从窄缝中渗出，冷硬的金属峡谷仿佛流淌出光的溪涧。

Four sets of staggered zigzag bridges form a spatial montage, their geometrically faceted stainless steel surfaces textured with intricate grain. As warm light seeps through narrow slits, the cold, rigid metal canyon seems to channel flowing rivulets of light.

设计上将连桥错落，游逛时视角的断续切换，人们在此经历的不仅是动线，更是一场关于水面折射与时光褶皱的游行艺术。

Designed with staggered bridges and intermittent switching of perspectives, what people experience here is not only a moving line, but also a procession art about water refraction and time folds.

“环水辉映”西节点中庭
“Glow Around the Water” West Node Atrium

直径18米的垂直光洞贯穿四层空间，海基布与柔光膜营造出氤氲水雾的质感层次。

The 18-meter diameter vertical light tunnel runs through the four floors of the space, and the sea-based fabric and soft film create the texture level of dense water mist.

当自然光穿过这层光影滤镜、在曲面墙体洒落时，竟奇妙地复现了岭南蚝壳窗的朦胧诗意，通过环形檐口灯光与天窗构建光影变化相结合，营造“环水辉映”意境之美。

When the natural light passes through this layer of light and shadow filter and spills down on the curved wall, it wonderfully reproduces the hazy poetry of Lingnan oyster shell windows, and combines the lighting of the ring-shaped gable with the light and shadow changes of the skylight construction to create the beauty of the “Ring of Water Reflecting” scenario.

设计以不锈钢重构传统榫卯形式，再现蚝壳窗。将原建筑天窗转化为参数化的光影矩阵——定制构件组成的网格，在朝晨时分投射出光斑。

The design reconstructs the traditional mortise and tenon form in stainless steel to reproduce oyster shell windows. The original architectural skylight is transformed into a parametric matrix of light and shadow – a grid of customized components that cast light spots in the morning.

The revolution of spatial movement line on the ground:
Unshackling the Vertical Divide: Seamless Ground-to-Sunken Transition

下沉庭院以”垂直巷弄”重构空间逻辑，延续下沉庭院街区式布局，连通室内外整体商业氛围，室内外场景氛围在此交融共生。

The sunken courtyard reconstructs the spatial logic with a “Vertical Alleyway”, continues the block layout of the sunken courtyard, connects the indoor and outdoor commercial atmosphere, and the indoor and outdoor scenes are intertwined and coexist here.

“水乡叠院”北中庭
“Stacked Courtyard in Water Town”North Atrium

我们以岭南天井的围合美学为基底，构筑空中立体庭院剧场。中庭内设置高低两个LCD屏幕，既可承载当代艺术展览，亦可秒变为沉浸式文化沙龙，让传统建筑基因在金属与光影中持续进化。

Based on the enclosing aesthetics of Lingnan Courtyard, we have constructed a three-dimensional courtyard theater in the sky. The atrium is equipped with two LCD screens, one high and one low, which can host contemporary art exhibitions and turn into an immersive cultural salon in seconds, allowing the traditional architectural genes to continue to evolve in the midst of metal, light, and shadow.

将天窗设计为倒置的灰瓦屋檐，水纹不锈钢连桥将天光解构为水面粼粼波光，檐口线性光带映射这机理不锈钢如银河垂落，与地面拼贴状人造石铺装形成天地对话。

The skylight is designed as an inverted gray tile roof, the waterline stainless steel bridge will be deconstructed into a sparkling water surface, the linear light band at the eaves maps the mechanism stainless steel such as the Milky Way down, and the ground collage artificial stone paving to form a dialogue between heaven and earth.

“空中水巷” 东中庭

东中庭以极简主义重构水乡巷道记忆，错落挑台构成垂直街市。

The East Atrium reconstructs the memory of the water town lanes with minimalism, and staggered balconies form the vertical market.

连桥底部水纹不锈钢与暖色灯轨编织出光的经纬网，高区檐口GRG体块与天窗流动的光影幕墙形成戏剧性碰撞，让商业空间成为永不落幕的城市文化展场。

The water grain stainless steel at the bottom of the connecting bridge and the warm-colored light rail weave a warp and weft network of light, and the GRG body at the eaves of the high area forms a dramatic collision with the flowing light and shadow curtain wall of the skylight, so that the commercial space becomes a never-ending urban cultural exhibition ground.

“三进两院”高区市集
“Three-hall Two-courtyard Layout” Highland Market

“三进两院”空间上移植岭南三进式庭院格局，通过在空间中植入胶囊玻璃店铺形成视线亮点。田野肌理地台与主题餐饮、文化沙龙融合，让社交发生在新旧时空的交界处。

The “Three-Hall Two-courtyard Layout” space is transplanted from the Lingnan three-entry courtyard pattern, and the capsule glass store is implanted in the space to form a sightline highlight. The field texture of the terrace is integrated with themed restaurants and cultural salons, allowing socialization to take place at the junction of old and new time and space.

#03 场景空间再译: 虚实叙事重构，人类意识与物质世界重建对话秩序
Scene Retranslation: Architectural Narrativity: Reconstructing the Materials and Consciousness

“波光叠影”：三角镜面无序拼合，折射出瞬息万变的光之浪涌。

“Waves of Light and Shadows”: triangular mirrors are assembled in an unorganized manner, refracting the ever-changing surges of light.

闷顶就像一幅会变化的镜面立体画——市民在这里与光和空间共生，让整个庭院既弥漫幻象，又充满惊喜。

The smothered roof is like a changing mirror diorama – a place where citizens live in symbiosis with light and space, making the entire courtyard both pervasive with illusion and full of surprises.

“宫灯承韵”：六角宫灯化身为按钮，传统符号与金属触碰出穿越韵律。色调沉积着大地与时光的天然丹霞地貌的记忆。

“The Palace Lanterns Bear the Rhyme”: Hexagonal palace lanterns are transformed into buttons, where traditional symbols and metal touch to create a traveling rhythm. The color palette deposits the memory of the natural Danxia landform of the earth and time.

#04未来城市生活
Future city life

这里不止是商场，更是水乡文脉的当代转译站场所。当轨道人流涌入这座”立体水乡”，逛商场成为岭南文化溯源之旅。

This is not only a shopping mall, but also a contemporary translation station of the water town culture. When the orbital flow pours into this “Three-Dimensional Water town”, shopping malls become a journey back to Lingnan culture.

消费空间化作人文剧场，消费行为成为社交互动的仪式，每位顾客都在演绎属于各自的生活剧本。每一处精心构筑的光影褶皱都在讲述在地历史与城市故事，关于院落进化与岭南生活的诗意人文实验。

Consumption space is transformed into a humanistic theater, and the act of consumption becomes a ritual of social interaction, with each customer interpreting his or her own life script. Each carefully constructed fold of light and shadow tells the story of the local history and the city, a poetic and humanistic experiment about the evolution of the courtyard and Lingnan life.
