设计师Héctor Esrawe于近期在墨西哥举办的Masa Galería 2020 “Recover/Uncover”展览上展示了其最新创作的“抛物线”（Shifting Parábolas）灯具系列，探索了光线在连续金属表面上传播的方式；以及“网格”（Grids）烛台系列。“抛物线”系列是由Esrawe在2019年设计的“曲线系列”衍生出的第三代产品。前两款产品“平行线”和“悬链线”同样拥有雕塑般的造型，于2019年在墨西哥的Chic oxby Accident Gallery展出。

At the latest exhibition of Masa Galería 2020 “Recover/Uncover” in Mexico City, Héctor Esrawe is presenting “Shifting Parábola”, a series of lighting fixtures on different scales that strive to explore the way light travels over a continuous metal surface, and “Grids”, a collection of sculptural structures. Shifting Parábolas are part of the third iteration of the concept “Parábola”, designed by Esrawe in 2019 for Masa Galería exhibition “Collective/Collectible”. This first research evolved into two sculptural lamps called “Paralela & Catenaria”, presented in the same year at Chic by Accident Gallery.

SHIFTING PARÁBOLA

“抛物线”系列灯具能够以其雕塑般的形体“栖居”在空间内部并与之发生对话。该系列灯具由黄铜板制成，材料的重量感和柔韧性在灯具与墙壁/地面和天花板之间建立起一种充满张力的关系。灯具的独特形态被其内部的光线所充盈，在内部与外部之间创造出几组不同的对比。

Collection of large-scale lighting sculptures that inhabit and are integrated into the space in which they are contained, in a relationship where the size of the piece creates a dialogue with the space intervened. Built from brass sheets shaped mostly by the weight and flexibility of the material and the tension generated by the position between the lighting fixtures and the wall/floor or ceiling. The resulting geometry is inhabited from within by light, creating a set of contrasts between the light contained inside and the space outside.

这两款灯具同样由黄铜制成，内含LED光源。是“抛物线”系列的前期作品。

“网格”烛台
GRID

“网格”是以金属网（黄铜或铁）打造的烛台系列，拥有不同的形状和尺寸，可以容纳一根或多根蜡烛。随着蜡烛的融化，液态的蜡填充了金属网格，形成有机且自由的观感，并将随着时间的流逝而聚积，从而拥有持续变化的形态。

A series of architectural and sculptural structures in diverse formats and proportions, built from a continuous metal grid (brass or iron), in which each element offers the possibility to hold one or more candles. As the wax melts, it fills the metal lattice forming an organic, random and dramatic expression that builds up over time and accumulates into an ephemeral presence, creating a living changing piece that evolves and transforms.
