当全球科技行业迈入 “研发竞速 + 人才争夺” 关键期，美的集团正以空间重构创新生态 —— 从白色家电巨头向 “全球科技集团” 转型，既需要技术突破，也需要承载全球资源的空间载体。

As the global technology industry enters a critical period of “R&D race + talent competition”, Midea Group is reconstructing its innovation ecosystem through spatial design. Transforming from a major home appliance manufacturer to a “global technology group”, the company requires not only technological breakthroughs but also a spatial carrier to host global resources.

J&A 杰恩设计以室内、灯光、标识、机电等多专业一体化的模式，打造上海美的全球创新园区，在设计过程中面临诸多极具难度的挑战：—— 摒弃传统垂直塔楼的竖向功能布局，在这座横向摩天楼中，整合容纳库卡机器人、美的医疗、美的能源等前沿业务板块，以及办公、实验、路演等复合功能。

The Shanghai Midea Global Innovation Park, integrally designed by J&A across multiple disciplines including interior, lighting, signage and mechanical & electrical engineering, faced numerous formidable challenges during the design process: —— Departing from the vertical functional layout of traditional high-rise towers, this horizontal skyscraper integrates and accommodates cutting-edge business sectors such as KUKA Robotics, Midea Medical and Midea Energy, as well as integrated functions including office, laboratory and roadshow spaces.

数年间，分布于上海、深圳、北京三地办公室的几十位项目成员，联合方案、灯光、项目管理、标识等多个部门通力协作，与甲方开展多轮沟通协同、秉持互信共赢的合作理念，最终打造出这座服务于科技巨头的创新型空间载体。

Over the years, dozens of project members from J&A’s offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing, together with teams from the design, lighting, project management and signage departments, have carried out multiple rounds of communication and collaboration with the client based on the concept of mutual trust and win-win results, finally creating this innovative spatial carrier for the tech giant.

一、森林之上的科技美学
The aesthetic of technology above the forest

上海美的全球创新园区坐落于上海市西虹桥商务区，紧邻国家会展中心，总用地面积约 120 亩，建筑面积达 40 万平方米。美的集团始终秉持 “科技尽善，生活尽美” 的核心理念。J&A 以此为设计出发点，确立 “创造一个面向未来的高质量办公环境与公共空间，一座森林之上的科技公园” 的设计愿景，在园区内构建 “立体森林、健康运动、立体交通系统、共享空间” 四大核心体系。

Located in the West Hongqiao Business District of Shanghai, adjacent to the National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai Midea Global Innovation Park covers a total land area of approximately 120 mu and a gross floor area of 400,000 square meters. Midea Group has always adhered to the core philosophy of “Technology for Good, Life for Beauty”. Taking this as the design starting point, J&A established the design vision of “creating a future-oriented high-quality office environment and public space, a technological park above the forest”, and built four core systems in the park: “three-dimensional forest, health & sports zone, three-dimensional transportation system and shared spaces”.

设计过程中，J&A 力求实现人与自然、科技与自然、科技与生活的深度交互与融合，为员工打造能够激发创造力、提升工作效率的理想办公环境。大开间办公模式，保障企业在发展过程中可根据部门调整灵活优化空间布局，同时强化部门间的联通便捷性，促进信息高效流通与团队深度协作。

During the design process, J&A strived to achieve in-depth interaction and integration between humanity and nature, technology and nature, as well as technology and life, creating an ideal working environment for employees that stimulates creativity and improves work efficiency. The open-plan office model ensures that the enterprise can flexibly optimize the spatial layout according to departmental adjustments during its development, while enhancing the connectivity between departments and promoting efficient information flow and in-depth teamwork.

多样化的中庭为员工营造了丰富的活动场景，既可用作日常研讨、交流的互动空间，也可承办培训、团建等各类活动。各中庭拥有差异化的互动设计，通过打造特色场景、艺术装置与阶梯空间，激发员工的创新思维，同时成为园区立体交通系统的关键节点。

The diverse atriums provide employees with a wealth of activity scenarios, serving not only as interactive spaces for daily discussions and communication, but also as venues for various activities such as training and team building. Each atrium features differentiated interactive designs. By creating characteristic scenes, artistic installations and stepped spaces, it stimulates employees’ innovative thinking and serves as a key node of the park’s three-dimensional transportation system.

二、科技巨头的空间美学
Spatial Aesthetics of a Tech Giant

为助力美的集团实现从 “传统白色家电企业” 到 “头部科技企业” 的品牌形象升级，杰恩设计在室内设计层面倾注匠心，打造专属品牌气质的空间表达。以大堂区域为例，高挑的空间搭配简练的线条，结合精巧的灯光设计与超大尺寸显示屏，塑造出极具视觉冲击力的科技感空间。材料选用上，采用阳极氧化铝板、人造石、素色岩板与裸顶等材质，兼具优质质感与耐用性，进一步强化空间的科技美学质感。以黑白灰为主的科技感色调，营造出简洁大气、极具现代感的空间氛围。

To support Midea Group in upgrading its brand image from a “traditional home appliance enterprise” to a “leading technology enterprise”, J&A devoted ingenuity to interior design, creating a spatial expression exclusive to the brand’s temperament. Taking the lobby area as an example, the lofty space is paired with concise lines, combined with sophisticated lighting design and oversized display screens, shaping a tech-inspired space with strong visual impact. In terms of material selection, anodized aluminum panels, artificial stone, plain-colored slate and exposed ceilings are adopted, which not only have excellent texture and durability, but also further enhance the technological aesthetic quality of the space. The tech-inspired color palette dominated by black, white and gray creates a concise, grand and highly modern spatial atmosphere.

依托过往总部办公项目积累的丰富实践数据库，J&A 深入调研美的集团企业文化，构建专属美的的办公生态系统，既涵盖空间设计、功能布局等硬件维度，也包含企业文化传承展示、员工行为考量与未来发展的前瞻性规划。

Relying on the extensive practical database accumulated from previous headquarters office projects, J&A conducted an in-depth research on Midea Group’s corporate culture and constructed an office ecosystem exclusive to Midea. This ecosystem covers hardware dimensions such as spatial design and functional layout, as well as the inheritance and display of corporate culture, consideration of employee behavior and forward-looking planning for future development.

三、超级建筑里的超级园区
A Super Park Within a Super Building

上海美的全球创新园区突破 “单一办公建筑” 的传统形态，通过 “空中连廊系统” 串联 4 栋核心楼宇，实现办公、商业、居住、休闲等多功能区域的无缝衔接。以 “创新需求” 为核心的空间规划，让 24 小时全场景服务从 “基础功能覆盖” 升级为 “精准价值赋能”，最大化释放科技人才的创新效能。

Shanghai Midea Global Innovation Park breaks through the traditional form of a “single office building” and connects four core buildings through a “sky corridor system”, achieving seamless connection between multi-functional areas including office, commercial, residential and leisure zones. The spatial planning centered on “innovation needs” upgrades the 24-hour full-scenario service from “basic functional coverage” to “precise value empowerment”, maximizing the innovation efficiency of scientific and technological talents.

此外，园区从下沉广场、地面景观，到裙房花园与屋顶平台，构建了全方位的立体公园体系。下沉广场巧妙融入自然景观元素，通过绿植与水景的组合搭配，营造出静谧且富有生机的氛围，为员工打造远离喧嚣的休憩空间。上海美的全球创新园区的每一处空间设计，均围绕 “人” 的核心需求展开，既满足科技人才对高效工作的诉求，也兼顾其对品质生活的向往。

In addition, the park has constructed a comprehensive three-dimensional park system, ranging from sunken plazas and ground landscapes to podium gardens and roof terraces. The sunken plaza ingeniously integrates natural landscape elements. Through the combination of green plants and water features, it creates a quiet and vibrant atmosphere, providing employees with a rest space away from the hustle and bustle. Every spatial design of Shanghai Midea Global Innovation Park is centered on the core needs of “people”, satisfying the demands of scientific and technological talents for efficient work while also taking into account their yearning for a quality life.

项目投入使用后，本项目与佛山顺德全球创新中心共同构成的 “南北双核” 格局正式形成，协同美国、德国、日本、意大利四大海外全品类研发基地，以及 30 余个海外研发中心，进一步夯实美的 “2+4+N” 全球研发网络。上海美的全球创新园区项目的落地，彰显了 J&A 在办公空间设计领域的独特优势与专业实力。未来，J&A 将继续秉持 “国际高度，中国深度” 的理念，打造更多高品质、个性化的标杆办公空间。

After the project was put into use, the “North-South Dual Core” pattern formed by this project and the Shunde Global Innovation Center in Foshan was officially established. Collaborating with four overseas full-category R&D bases in the United States, Germany, Japan and Italy, as well as more than 30 overseas R&D centers, it further consolidates Midea’s “2+4+N” global R&D network. The completion of Shanghai Midea Global Innovation Park demonstrates J&A’s unique advantages and professional strength in the field of office space design. In the future, J&A will continue to uphold the philosophy of “International Vision, Chinese Depth” and create more high-quality, personalized benchmark office spaces.
