中立性的设计语言为位于西班牙莱达的Raymat城堡赋予了新的生命。项目采用了当代简单而典型的材料，为这座建于12世纪的历史建筑进行了第一阶段的改造，将其变身为一处能够举办活动的社交场所，以及城堡主人的隐居空间。

The neutrality becomes a tool to give new life to the Raymat Castle in Lleida, Spain. With the use of simple and typical materials of our times, the first phase of this 12th-century property renovation has been completed to turn it into a place to host events as well as a retreat for its owners.

为了提高场所的叙事性，使其成为一个活泼且充满现代氛围的空间，新的设计侧重于将不同的室外区域打造为结构清晰且多用途的空间。一方面，设计利用了城堡脚下的平坦空地，采用蚁木以及模板混凝土创建出全新的露台区域，其中混凝土结构围绕在木制结构的边缘，使露台看上去宛如一艘改造过的旧筏子。

In order to improve the narrative of the place and make it a lively and contemporary location, the new design focuses on transforming the different outdoor areas into easy-to-read and multi-purpose spaces. On the one hand, and taking advantage of a plain at the castle’s foot, a new terrace area has been layout in ipe wood and formwork concrete that surrounds an old raft remodeled.

城堡建筑周围墙壁的重构为露台空间引入了广阔的景观视野。为了与城堡的砖石结构形成对比，金属栏杆贯穿整个露台部分的设计，并在露台的尽头设置了一座极简主义的藤架，等待着绿植的攀缘包裹。

This great viewpoint is partially flown thanks to an important structural exercise on the property’s perimeter wall. To contrast with the masonry of the castle, a metal railing runs throughout the new intervention, finally transforming into a minimalist pergola prepared to receive vegetation.

其次，依偎在山脚下的室外混凝土露台为来访的客人们提供了充足的户外活动空间。一部雕塑般的室外楼梯将两个楼层联系在一起。黑色染色钢板为楼梯赋予了富有冲击力的外观，而独特的金属格栅踏步则为下雨时楼梯的排水提供了解决方案。

Secondly, almost at the foot of the hill, external concrete stands have been built to allow visitors to enjoy outdoor events. At the same time, a staircase has been designed connecting the two levels of the plot. Executed in black-dyed steel sheet with the particularity of a metallic grating footprint as a solution for the evacuation of water in case of rain.

室外楼梯在美学语言上与旁边的旧仓库联系在一起，如今这座仓库已被改造为Raimat LAB的接待室和会议室，为与家族基金会相关的企业提供了创新和可持续发展的平台。从外观上看，立面上大面积的玻璃幕墙被巨大的黑色钢条分隔，形成富有秩序的节奏感，幕墙的两端则添加了两扇采用日本烧杉工艺制成的松木门。大厅内部充盈着宁静的氛围，结构元素形成了视野框架，从室内向外望去就像欣赏一幅美丽的山水画。

Aesthetically it connects with an old warehouse that has now been turned into the conference and meeting room for Raimat LAB, the innovation and sustainability platform linked to the family foundation. The glass façade is framed and divided into large black steel slats while two doors made of burned pine wood using the Japanese Yakisugi technique are added at its ends. The views created from the inside speak about a very serene atmosphere, as if admiring a landscape painting.
