千岛湖地处山水自然生态的宜居度假胜地。在高速城市化进程发展下的现代环境中，经济和产业快速迭代下的人们，充斥着高频，紧张，快速的生活节奏，但也更加渴望自由，健康，松弛的生活方式。在山野和湖水之间的感官体验，可以让心灵放慢节奏。上江埠大桥横跨千岛湖水域，作为环湖公路的关键节点，为骑行者铺设了一条安全便捷的道路，是骑行爱好者沉浸于千岛湖绝美自然风光的理想之选。

Qiandao Lake is a livable resort with natural landscapes. In the modern environment with rapid urbanization, people are living in a fast-paced, tense and fast pace of life, but they are also more eager for a free, healthy and relaxed lifestyle. The sensory experience between the mountains and the lake can slow down the mind. Shangjiangbu Bridge spans the waters of Qiandao Lake. As a key node of the ring road around the lake, it paves a safe and convenient road for cyclists and is an ideal choice for cycling enthusiasts to immerse themselves in the beautiful natural scenery of Qiandao Lake.

尽管上江埠驿站位于环千岛湖136公里骑行绿道的黄金节点，对于提升区域旅游吸引力和骑行体验具有不可忽视的战略意义，但无论是对初涉骑行的小白还是经验丰富的资深爱好者而言，路程距离及场地自身条件均不是首选之地。在对场地区位和上江埠驿站的运营数据实际了解后，我们意识到在这里实践复活更新计划的高难度系数。但同时又感受到初始运营团队对千岛湖骑行事业的正念抱负，所以毅然决定开启这段复活更新计划。

Although Shangjiangbu Station is located at the golden node of the 136-kilometer cycling greenway around Qiandao Lake, and has a strategic significance for enhancing the regional tourism appeal and cycling experience, it is not the first choice for both beginners and experienced enthusiasts due to the distance and the conditions of the venue itself. After actually understanding the location of the site and the operating data of Shangjiangbu Station, we realized the high difficulty of implementing the revival and renewal plan here. But at the same time, we also felt the initial operation team’s positive ambitions for the cycling business in Qiandao Lake, so we resolutely decided to start this revival and renewal plan.

两个轮子推动灵魂
Rider’s Park × Lakeside Project
Two wheels move the soul

通过对千岛湖上江埠驿站的改造升级为实践样板，建构千岛湖骑行环线新商业感官体验，打造非标商业社群目的地，为热爱生活，艺术，运动的爱好者们提供更有价值的目的地，并带动沿线业态的活力。设计为上江埠驿站定义了全新IP：R.park“骑士精灵”，它代表着：有爱互助的未来使者，并赋予了“两个轮子，推动灵魂”和“脚踏动力，拯救星球”的slogan。骑士公园的诞生意在让一群有趣的灵魂在这里汇聚，探索共建多样化的艺术社群、户外生活及环保公益计划的实践地。

By upgrading the Shangjiangbu Station on Qiandao Lake into a practical model, a new commercial sensory experience for the Qiandao Lake cycling loop will be constructed, and a non-standard commercial community destination will be created. A more valuable destination will be provided for fans who love life, art, and sports, and the vitality of businesses along the route will be boosted. The design defines a new IP for Shangjiangbu Station: R.park “Knight Elf”, which represents: a future messenger of love and mutual assistance, and is endowed with the slogans of “two wheels, driving the soul” and “pedal power, saving the planet”. The birth of Rider’s Park is intended to bring together a group of interesting souls to explore and build a diverse art community, outdoor life and environmental protection charity program practice site.

开放式剧场，是骑士们停留的标志性打卡位。草坪区为来到这里的人们提供了亲近自然的休憩地，同时这里可作为露天电影、小型音乐会等公共交流活动区域，为热爱骑行和户外生活体验的人群提供自由放松的场地。

The open theater is a landmark check-in spot for riders to stop by. The lawn area provides a place for people who come here to rest and get close to nature. It can also be used as an area for public communication activities such as open-air movies and small concerts, providing a place for people who love cycling and outdoor life to relax freely.

利用停车区构架作为半户外休憩区，通过大面积海报吸引视觉焦点，增强人们对骑行文化的认知和记忆。根据季节、节日或特定活动定期更新，保持不同感官的同时也为临时展览和特别活动提供了宣传平台。

The parking area is used as a semi-outdoor rest area, and large posters are used to attract visual focus, enhancing people’s cognition and memory of cycling culture. It is regularly updated according to seasons, festivals or specific events, maintaining different senses while also providing a promotional platform for temporary exhibitions and special events.

A diverse and youthful settlement space that
takes into account
both cultural life and outdoor life

设计之初团队跑遍环千岛湖延线业态，亲身体验在每一处场景愿意停留的时间和感官，从中寻找差异化链接点。

At the beginning of the design, the team traveled around the extended business areas of Qiandao Lake, personally experiencing the time and senses they were willing to stay in each scene, and looking for differentiated connection points.

通过对环湖骑行驿站业态升级和自然美学的营造，为向往自由，健康生活方式的爱好者们，打造一处慢生活社群的新起点。骑士公园旨在为来访者提供舒适自在的体验。室内一层空间不仅是户外活动的起点，更是品味香浓咖啡、探索骑士文创产品的理想场所，满足休憩、放松和社交的需求。

By upgrading the business model of the lakeside cycling station and creating natural aesthetics, we will create a new starting point for a slow-living community for those who yearn for freedom and a healthy lifestyle. Rider’s Park aims to provide visitors with a comfortable and relaxed experience. The indoor first floor space is not only the starting point for outdoor activities, but also an ideal place to taste fragrant coffee and explore Knight’s cultural and creative products, meeting the needs of rest, relaxation and socializing.

基于场地背山面水的地理条件，设计更多保留大面积窗户将自然引入，实现空间内外的无缝衔接，使光线得以充分进入，营造明亮、开阔且舒适的休憩环境。在这里，可以轻松地阅读、交谈或只是静静地欣赏窗外的风景。

Based on the geographical conditions of the site with mountains behind and water in front, the design retains more large windows to bring in nature, achieve seamless connection between the inside and outside of the space, allow sufficient light to enter, and create a bright, open and comfortable resting environment. Here, you can easily read, talk or just quietly enjoy the scenery outside the window.

在原本有限的平层空间中，设计开启一部分楼板，作为中空串联的灰空间，用于激活一二层空间的垂直链接，增强区域之间的串联和视觉延伸感官，旋转楼梯的设置也柔化并延展了空间的趣味性。

In the originally limited flat space, the design opens up a part of the floor as a hollow connected gray space to activate the vertical connection between the first and second floors, enhance the connection and visual extension sense between areas, and the setting of the spiral staircase also softens and extends the interest of the space.

灵感与创意的汇聚地
A gathering place for inspiration and creativity

二层空间是融合于灵感及创意的盒子，建筑裸露的肌理感可以自由呼吸，更多的留白和纯粹以及自由摆放的家具组合，赋予空间多样化策展和沙龙的功能属性。

The second floor is a box that integrates inspiration and creativity. The exposed texture of the building can breathe freely, and more white space and purity as well as freely placed furniture combinations give the space diversified curatorial and salon functional attributes.

在会客厅空间两侧的墙体开启了大面积玻璃窗，最大限度引入日出夕阳的光影变幻，而借景山水和丛林，也成为空间场域专属的画布取景框。

Large glass windows are opened on the walls on both sides of the living room to maximize the changing light and shadow of sunrise and sunset, while the mountains, rivers and jungle in the background also become the canvas frame exclusive to the space.

系统化的家具组合阵列排布，兼容不同策展和活动需求的切换，开合便捷的门窗系统，最大化打开室内与外界的互通。让艺术美学策展成为空间的常态后，同时又可承载工坊，课堂，私宴等活动，增强了空间的互动社交属性。

The systematic arrangement of furniture combinations and arrays is compatible with the switching of different exhibition and activity needs, and the easy-to-open and close door and window system maximizes the communication between the interior and the outside world. By making art and aesthetic curation the norm in the space, it can also host workshops, classes, private banquets and other activities, thus enhancing the interactive and social attributes of the space.

多角度玻璃门窗的应用不仅引入了自然光线和美景，还模糊了建筑内外的边界，使自然山野成为室内场景的一部分，增强整体空间层次和视觉治愈感，实现自然，建筑及室内的共生。

The application of multi-angle glass doors and windows not only brings in natural light and beautiful scenery, but also blurs the boundary between the inside and outside of the building, making the natural mountains and fields part of the interior scene, enhancing the overall spatial hierarchy and visual healing sense, and realizing the symbiosis of nature, architecture and interior.

在日落时分随着夕阳映衬着整个湖面，又折射至建筑，设计时有意在面朝夕阳角度开启了一扇大面积取景窗，成为链接夕阳美景的最佳视角，也透过这扇窗得以让整个室内被夕阳的迷幻温暖所浸染。

At sunset, as the setting sun shines on the entire lake and refracts onto the building, a large window is intentionally opened facing the sunset during the design process, which becomes the best viewing angle to connect to the beautiful sunset. Through this window, the entire room can be immersed in the psychedelic warmth of the sunset.

拥抱山野的艺术延伸
Embracing the extension of art in the mountains

骑士公园从设计到一期工程完工，团队花了7个月时间，依附于这个场地，修复了泥泞不堪的山路，完善了场地基础设施的配套，将原本封闭狭小的建筑空间做了拆改修缮。入口区域通过设计的功能布局成为了一个引导人流并彰显品牌精神的重要节点。

The Rider’s Park team spent seven months from design to completion of the first phase of the project. Based on the site, they repaired the muddy mountain road, improved the supporting infrastructure of the site, and demolished and renovated the originally closed and narrow building space. The entrance area has become an important node for guiding the flow of people and highlighting the brand spirit through the functional layout of the design.

溯源回归的山野系生活体验
Tracing back to the origins of mountain life

坐落于千岛湖山水之间，设计精心构建了一系列山野营位，依靠山林面朝 230°全景湖面，为都市群体提供一个远离日常喧嚣、亲近自然的山野乌托邦。这里满足多种定制化需求，集野外沙龙、丛林露营、自然商拍、户外徒步等山野系生活体验。俯瞰湖面的日出夕阳，溯源回归可以让我们找到平衡与精神的疗愈。在丛林和山水之间，当代生活场景和自由野奢氛围的融合下，享受融于自然而多样化的感官体验。在这里享用美食的同时沉浸式欣赏千岛湖的静谧之美。

Located between the mountains and waters of Qiandao Lake, the design carefully constructed a series of mountain camping sites, relying on the mountains and forests and facing the 230° panoramic lake, providing urban people with a mountain utopia away from the daily hustle and bustle and close to nature. This place meets a variety of customized needs, integrating outdoor salons, jungle camping, natural commercial photography, outdoor hiking and other mountain life experiences. Overlooking the sunrise and sunset on the lake, tracing back to the source can help us find balance and spiritual healing. Between the jungle and the mountains and rivers, with the fusion of contemporary life scenes and the atmosphere of free and wild luxury, you can enjoy a diverse sensory experience that blends into nature. While enjoying the food here, you can immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of Qiandao Lake.

在山体平台的露营区，最大视野的俯瞰全湖景，独立帐篷下的一盏灯，一壶茶，一张吊床…山野自然的极致体验。

In the camping area on the mountain platform, you can overlook the entire lake with the largest view. Under the independent tent, there is a lamp, a pot of tea, and a hammock…the ultimate experience of mountain nature.

外围的草坪区，是过渡建筑与山林的转场空间，相对私密围合的场域，成为户外团建和活动的定制专场。

The outer lawn area is the transition space between the buildings and the forest. It is a relatively private and enclosed area, and has become a customized venue for outdoor team building and activities.

夜幕降临的篝火旁，在场景氛围的叠加下，让山野美食和生活美学兼容，下沉至触手可及之处。

By the campfire when night falls, the superposition of scene atmosphere allows mountain delicacies and life aesthetics to be compatible and within reach.

慢珊瑚设计以“复活与更新”作为研究与实践的核心策略，通过突破传统业态领域的明晰界限，回应时代背景下乡村文旅和城市更新的现存问题，从而实现在地资源在社会经济文化等多领域的价值迭代和释放。

Slow Coral Design takes “resurrection and renewal” as the core strategy of research and practice. By breaking through the clear boundaries of traditional business formats, it responds to the existing problems of rural cultural tourism and urban renewal in the context of the times, thereby realizing the value iteration and release of local resources in multiple fields such as social, economic and cultural fields.
