Appreciation towards The One House for providing the following description:

在生物学中，人的细胞平均七年会完成一次整体的新陈代谢，也就是说七年代表一个新生。OneHouse壹舍设计正值第七个年头，七年来我们一直在探索设计，我们拥有自己明确的风格，试图为设计寻找属于它的定义。然而当我们迎来第七年，在新办公室的设计中，却发现无法为“设计”找到最准确的定义，只有竭力还原空间的本质，或许才更能诠释设计的真谛。

In biology, the metabolism of human cells complete on average every seven years thus seven years stands for a rebirth. One House has been exploring its own design philosophy and style over the last seven years. However, we couldn’t’ find the most precise definition of “design” in process of planning our new office. As a result, we tried our best to make the space back to nature and it should be a right way to express the essence of design.

新办公室的设计之初，我们本着抛开一切华而不实的装饰，保留建筑最本真的空间属性，向设计致敬的初心，迎来onehouse的蜕变和新生。

At the beginning of our design, we didn’t apply any gaudy decoration to keep the original property of the space. We believe that’s a right way to show our respect to design and the rebirth of One House Interior Design.

基于路易斯·康的“设计空间就是设计光亮”，我们在空间设计中充分利用自然光，有效结合建筑的几大景观面；当阳光穿越LOGO，光线形成的虚影赫然出现在墙面上，随着时间的推移，LOGO光影出现在入口的不同之处。或许我们在感叹设计的神奇，然而真正改变空间的是自然光，它以自身独特的语言塑造空间的性格，形成不同的氛围，使空间存在的每个瞬间变成永恒。

We took advantage of natural light, and integrated space with landscape views according to Louis Kahn’s principle, “to design a space is to design light”.

Sunshine passes through the One House logo at midday casting its shadow on the wall. We praise how magical design is when we see the shadow move gradually as time goes by. In truth, atmosphere is formed by light, and it is also this that makes the moment eternal.

赖特曾说，“我们从来不在山上造建筑，而是建一座属于那座山的建筑”。也许他想表达对自然的尊重。同样我们只想做属于这栋建筑的室内空间。于是我们决定保留建筑原有的结构和材料，不再粉刷、或是装饰，保留混凝土原本的质感，直接呈现建筑材料真实的面貌。

在空间设计中，我们用极致简洁的木质黑盒子划分办公区域，干练的线条搭配混凝土材质，粗犷的混凝土在大面积落地玻璃窗的映衬下，显得不再冰冷凝重，反而让整个空间看上去更加通透。

Frank Lloyd Wright showed his respect to nature by saying, “No house should ever be on a hill or on anything. It should be of the hill. Belonging to it. Hill and house should live together each the happier for the other.” Likewise, we should design an office to belong to the building, keeping the original materials and structure of the building rather than decoration and painting.

Spacially, office areas are defined using a simple black wooden volume. Straight lines, concrete and French windows make the whole space open and transparent.

整体空间以黑白为基调，看上去似乎色彩单一，但是柱面上独特工业感造型的serge-mouille壁灯，生气盎然的绿植，散发着暖白色光线的Edison灯泡，这些元素无一不为空间增添生趣。

Black and white tones create a space which looks clean and simple. In contrast, industrial Serge-Mouille wall lamps, green plants and Edison bulbs with their warm light make the space more joyful.

设计界叫嚣最多的一句话：设计留存下来因为它是艺术，因为它超越实用。我们则认为，美感与功能可以并存，使空间功能多样，又赋予空间个性，才是真正的设计。
大型双扇移门划分餐厅与会议室，可自由闭合，使两个空间既相对独立，又互相连接，满足公司内部小型活动与会议的不同功能需求。

It is popular to say that design could remain for years because of its artistry rather than function. We believe atheistic and function could be coexist which makes the space more variety and unique.

Meeting area and dining area are divided by two sliding doors. Those two spaces could be separated or connected due to different situations such as meetings and parties.

在动线的末端，划分出了休息区域，闲暇之余员工可在这里沟通交流或是阅读小憩。
设计的道路也许任重道远，尊重建筑，还原空间本质，赋予设计灵魂，是我们对七年探索之路的总结，也是One House壹舍室内设计最本真的初衷。

Rest area is a place to take break and chat with each other after work.
There is a long way to go as an interior design firm. We conclude that the core spiritual of design is to respect architecture and back to original of space after seven years journey and it is exactly the intention of One House Interior Design.
