这座公寓的业主Maria Jose和Enrique来自墨西哥，因为他们长期在欧洲旅居，所以需要在阿斯图里亚斯配备一套度假公寓。这套度假公寓不仅需要满足夫妇两人的需求，还要满足整个家庭的度假需求。

Maria Jose and Enrique live in Mexico but travel a lot in Europe. They wanted a second home in Asturias that could be an apartment for the couple and for the whole family at the same time.

建筑师为这套公寓设计了一系列能在一分钟内变化出两间卧室的旋转家具。其中一间卧室可根据需求消失或者使用。

这样子，公寓无论是举行大PARTY还是成为一大家子的临时居所都游刃有余。旋转的家居系统能让这套面积只有70平米的公寓拥有50平米的“公共起居空间”。

Through a rotating furniture the two bedrooms of the house may come and go in a minute. The house has three positions and a house with two bedrooms, one bedroom or none of them.

In that way, housing becomes a place to hold a big party for younger or a loft space when Maria Jose and Enrique are alone.

It is the luxury of having a room of nearly 50m2 in a house of 70m2.

建筑师力求让客户居所中的每一厘米都物尽其用，让家居空间最大化，最高效化。毕竟，这年头，作为不可再生资源的土地，是真正的每一平米都很贵呀！
