项目位于广州荔湾，是一建筑面积为169平米的高层住宅，在需保留部分精装的前提下，重新规划住宅；整个空间以极简的设计语言，去繁就简，加入水泥与原木的自然元素，用轻巧简约的家具，让新与旧巧妙融合。

The project is located in Liwan, Guangzhou. It is a high-rise residential building with a construction area of 169 square meters. Under the premise of preserving part of the decoration, the residence is re-planned; the entire space uses a minimalist design language to remove the complexity and simplify it, adding natural elements of cement and logs , Use light and simple furniture to ingeniously blend the new and the old.

为了保证室内设计更为合理，将之前采光差的厨房墙体打掉做成了开放式厨房，进入室内，会看见岛台与厨房连接在一起，让原本狭长过道变得更为宽敞舒适，同时自然光也最大程度延伸到了厨房与过道。橱柜一直延伸到餐厅，增加了西厨区域，墙体的铝质搁板是提前预埋在墙体里的，看起来比较轻盈，可承重力非常强，PH5与OTTAWA餐桌选择了白色配合了主色调，来自TON的椅子温暖舒适。营造一个柔和和温暖的氛围。

In order to ensure that the interior design is more reasonable, the previously poorly lit kitchen wall was knocked out to make an open kitchen. When you enter the room, you will see the island and the kitchen connected together, making the original narrow aisle more spacious and comfortable. Natural light also extends to the kitchen and aisles to the greatest extent.The cabinet extends all the way to the dining room, adding a western kitchen area. The aluminum shelves on the wall are pre-buried in the wall in advance. They look lighter and have very strong bearing capacity. The PH5 and OTTAWA dining tables choose white to match the main Color, warm and comfortable chair from TON. Create a soft and warm atmosphere.

公共区地面用微水泥覆盖原有的瓷砖，温暖的选色让水泥多了一份暖意，粗犷天然的柚木木皮在整体细腻材料中形成了强烈对比，在精致与粗糙的混搭之间，展现出一种充满岁月感的宁静气息。沙发造型温润柔和，浑圆的设计不带一丝一毫的攻击感，旁边的小边几是木工用多余材料制作而成，小巧的身躯可以随意摆放,不拘放在哪里。

The floor of the public area is covered with micro-cement to cover the original ceramic tiles. The warm color selection gives the cement more warmth. The rough and natural teak veneer forms a strong contrast in the overall delicate material, showing the mixture between delicate and rough There is a sense of tranquility full of time.The sofa is gentle and soft in shape, and the round design does not have the slightest sense of attack. The small side next to it is almost made of carpentry with extra materials. The small body can be placed at will, wherever it is.

书房区域进行了抬高，平常可做为书房使用，偶尔来客可以在地台上铺上软垫，关上门拉上帘子，又是一个私密的空间，在这个空间中，整体上坚持“少即是多”的简约理念。

The study area has been raised and can be used as a study room. Occasionally visitors can lay soft cushions on the floor, close the door and draw the curtains. It is also a private space. In this space, the overall adherence to “less is The simple concept of “is more”.

儿童房以简约白色为主，放置了宜家的一款上下床，一层的床铺直接靠地板，因此，对六岁以下的孩子来说，它更加安全。

The children’s room is mainly simple and white, with an IKEA bunk bed. The bed on the first floor is directly on the floor. Therefore, it is safer for children younger than six year old.

通过走廊来到了主卧，进入主卧设计了一个步入式衣帽间，简约的白色柜体储物空间非常强大，衣柜以挂衣为主，抽屉用来收纳可折叠衣物，分区域收纳，便于生活使用，走到尽头左手边是主卫，右手是寝区，整个寝区域进行抬高，满足不同功能区域使用的场景感受，梳妆台与飘窗台合为一体，将木饰面进行包裹，灯光从床头延伸到了窗台。

Through the corridor, I came to the master bedroom. Entering the master bedroom, a walk-in cloakroom was designed. The simple white cabinet storage space is very powerful. The wardrobe is mainly for hanging clothes. The drawers are used to store foldable clothes and are divided into areas for easy living. To use, when you go to the end, the left hand is the master bathroom, and the right hand is the sleeping area. The entire sleeping area is raised to meet the scene experience of different functional areas. The dressing table and the bay window sill are integrated, the wood veneer is wrapped, and the light is from The head of the bed extends to the window sill.

主卫的整体材质与外部保持一致，微水泥上墙，地面铺水磨石地砖，中间利用固定的玻璃做为干湿分区的隔断，既不影响采光，也不影响美观，入墙式水龙头让洗漱台更为简洁。

The overall material of the main bathroom is consistent with the exterior. The wall is made of micro-cement, and the ground is covered with terrazzo floor tiles. The fixed glass is used as the partition between the dry and wet partitions, which neither affects the lighting nor the aesthetics. The wall-mounted faucet allows the sink More concise.

在营造这个极简空间时更注重温暖舒适，一体无缝的地面展现出简单而不失格调的生活态度，原木元素的清新淡雅，是艺术感与烟火气的融合。

When creating this minimalist space, more attention is paid to warmth and comfort. The seamless ground shows a simple and stylish attitude to life. The fresh and elegant log elements are a fusion of artistic sense and firework.
