前言
Forewords

菱湖大道位于无锡市新吴区，是区域内重要城市干道之一，也是太湖湾科创城南北发展的主轴。曾经这里是产业密集的传统园区，如今随着城市配套功能的日益完善，新吴区政府对太湖湾科创城的未来发展寄予了更高的要求与期望，提出建设对标全球顶尖科创湾区的“未来之城”。“园区”向“城区”的转变意味着产业的进化、城市形象的提升以及使用需求变化等多方面诉求。为了适应太科城快速的城市发展需求，此次提升工程将对全长约4.7公里的道路进行全面焕新，包括道路红线内及沿线两侧的公共空间。本项目不仅包括了菱湖大道及周边区域的形象提升，更要让它成为一个集“生态优先、绿地共享、滨河贯通”于一体的超级公园道。

Linghu Avenue, located in Xinwu District of Wuxi City, is not only one of the important urban arterial roads in the region but also the north-south development axis of Taihu Bay Sci-Tech City. Once a traditional industrial park with dense industries, it now faces higher requirements and expectations for the future development of Taihu Bay Sci-Tech City as the urban supporting functions improve. The local government has proposed building a “Future City” benchmarking the world’s top sci-tech innovation bays. The transformation from “park” to “city” implies demands such as industrial upgrading, urban image enhancement, and changes in usage needs. To adapt to the rapid urban development of Taihu Bay Sci-Tech City, this enhancement project will fully renovate the 4.7-kilometer-long road, including the public spaces within the road red line and on both sides along the line. This project not only involves the image improvement of Linghu Avenue and its surrounding areas but also aims to make it a “Super Park Avenue” integrating “ecology first, green space sharing, and riverside connection”.

背景与挑战
Background and Challenge

本次菱湖大道景观提升工程北起高浪路，南至具区路，全长4.7公里，涉及两侧绿地面积超25万平方米，涵盖太湖湾科创城的16个园区、2片住宅区及多个现状公园。

The landscape enhancement project of Linghu Avenue starts from Gaolang Road in the north and ends at Juqu Road in the south, with a total length of 4.7 kilometers. It involves over 250,000 square meters of green space on both sides, covering 16 parks, 2 residential areas, and multiple existing parks in Taihu Bay Sci-Tech City.

改造前，道路红线内植物长势较差，中分带品种杂乱，植物品种布置无序，缺乏车行体验。沿线绿地充足但功能缺失，活动场地与配套设施匮乏。如何构建中侧分带植物序列，同时激活周边绿地资源，增加滨水绿地的可达性，丰富活动体验是本项目重要挑战。

Before the renovation, the plants within the road red line grew poorly, with messy species in the median strip and disordered arrangement, lacking a good driving experience. Although there was sufficient green space along the line, it lacked functions, activity venues, and supporting facilities. An important challenge of this project is how to construct a plant sequence in the median and side strips, activate the surrounding green space resources, increase the accessibility of waterfront green spaces, and enrich the activity experience.

超级公园道：序列化构建的多层次绿化

随着周边知名企业的入驻与人气的聚集，对菱湖大道周边区域也提出了更高的功能及形象需求。设计希望将道路景观及两侧绿地进行系统化提升，使其成为绿色生态及公共使用相融合的有机体。因此，方案提出了“一轴、两带、多节点”的设计思路，旨在把这条贯穿城市与太科城的主干道变成一个服务市民和科创人群的“超级公园道”。设计聚焦于如何构建节奏变化有序的行进车行体验，同时让绿地与街区重新联通，最终为市民提供一个更具活力、生态与社交功能兼备的共享空间。

With the settlement of well-known enterprises and the gathering of people, higher functional and image requirements have been put forward for the area around Linghu Avenue. The design intends to systematically upgrade the road landscape and green spaces on both sides to make them an organic combination of green ecology and public use. Therefore, the plan proposes a design concept of “one axis, two belts, and multiple nodes”, aiming to transform this main road running through the city and Taihu Bay Sci-Tech City into a “Super Parkway” serving citizens and sci-tech innovation talents. The design focuses on constructing an orderly driving experience with rhythmic changes, reconnecting green spaces with blocks, and ultimately providing citizens with a more vibrant shared space with both ecological and social functions.

交通空间轴：重塑出行体验
Traffic Space Axis – Reshaping Daily Mobility Experience

针对道路红线部分，设计提出了“春花秋叶，科创菱湖”的愿景，利用色叶树种和丰富的植物层次，打造三季有花、四季有景的动态景观。作为城市主干道，车行感受到的城市氛围是最直观的体验，结合道路设计时速，通过精心的植栽搭配，提供多维的观赏场景以满足车行观赏需求。

For the part within the road red line, the design puts forward the vision of “Spring Flowers and Autumn Leaves, Sci-Tech Linghu”. By using colored-leaf trees and rich plant layers, it creates a dynamic landscape with flowers in three seasons and scenery in four seasons. As an urban arterial road, the urban atmosphere felt while driving is the most intuitive experience. Combined with the designed speed of the road, through careful plant matching, multi-dimensional viewing scenes are provided to meet the driving viewing needs.

道路中分带采用序列性的植栽方式，以50米樟树，20米时令花带，以及40米樱花间隔出现的方式，并在交叉路口两侧形成20米的岛头绿化带。保证了车型视角的连续性与丰富性。

The median strip of the road adopts a sequential planting method, with 50-meter camphor trees, 20-meter seasonal flower belts, and 40-meter cherry blossoms appearing at intervals, and 20-meter island-head green belts formed on both sides of the intersections. This ensures the continuity and richness of the driving perspective.

同时，以路口为间隔增加具有太湖湾科创城为主题的特色种植池，进一步提升了道路的节奏感与仪式感。

At the same time, characteristic planting pools with the theme of Taihu Bay Sci-Tech City are added at intervals of intersections, further enhancing the sense of rhythm and ritual of the road.

方案针对车行优先、人行不便的问题，提出了一套改善方案。首先，通过抬高人行道的标高，建立一个安全、有序的慢行系统，让步行成为一种享受。

To address the problem of prioritizing vehicles over pedestrians, the plan proposes a set of improvement measures. Firstly, by raising the elevation of the sidewalks, a safe and orderly slow traffic system is established, making walking an enjoyment.

其次，公交站点也被重新设计，铺装与周围的绿地相融合，结合休憩座椅形成了舒适便民的候车区域。通过这些改进，菱湖大道将从原本的“车行优先”道路转型为一条“步行友好”的城市街道。

Secondly, the bus stops have been redesigned, with pavement integrated with the surrounding green spaces, and comfortable and convenient waiting areas formed with resting seats. Through these improvements, Linghu Avenue will transform from an originally “vehicle-prioritized” road into a “pedestrian-friendly” urban street.

活力园区带：重绘多维风景画卷
Dynamic Park Belt – Redrawing
a Multi-dimensional Landscape Picture

修剪过密枝桠、提升枝下高度，从而打开街道视线；同时设置功能设施带及出入口空间。园区侧绿地原以防护性为主，无地块出入需求。经历长时间的发展绿地被乔木过度遮蔽，空间显得闭塞、单调。设计通过精心修剪植被，抬高乔木的分枝点，让空间变得更加通透。

Overgrown branches are pruned to increase the height under the branches, thereby opening up the street view; at the same time, functional facility belts and entrance/exit spaces are set up. The green spaces on the park side were originally mainly for protection, with no demand for plot access. After long-term development, the green spaces are overly shaded by arbor trees, making the space closed and monotonous. Through careful pruning of vegetation and raising the branching points of arbor trees, the design makes the space more transparent.

樱花、紫薇、红梅等四季皆景的树种被引入，为市民提供了四季常新的花园景观。不仅如此，设计还考虑了沿线人群的需求，增加了休闲绿道和休息区，让绿地融入市民日常生活。

Tree species with year-round scenery such as cherry blossoms, crape myrtles, and red plums are introduced to provide citizens with a garden landscape that is new in all seasons. Moreover, the design also considers the needs of people along the line, adding leisure greenways and rest areas to integrate green spaces into citizens’ daily lives.

城市滨水带：重现生态活力城区
Urban Waterfront Belt –
Restoring Ecologically Dynamic Urban Area

滨水空间是菱湖大道及太湖湾科创城的最重要的亮点之一，改造前，茂密的滨水种植形成了视觉上的阻隔，经统计密林比例占到约70%。设计将遮挡性灌木及小乔木进行移除，保留骨架树种，进一步强化车行视线的通透，展现出太科城简洁大气的城区氛围。

The waterfront space is one of the most important highlights of Linghu Avenue and Taihu Bay Sci-Tech City. Before the renovation, dense waterfront plantings formed a visual barrier, and statistics show that the proportion of dense forests accounted for about 70%. The design removes obstructive shrubs and small arbor trees, retains the skeleton tree species, further strengthens the transparency of the driving line of sight, and shows the simple and grand urban atmosphere of Taihu Bay Sci-Tech City.

绿道体系：串联整合104000㎡分散绿地
Greenway System – Connecting and Integrating
Approximately 104,000㎡ of Scattered Green Space Resources

虽然现状绿地资源丰富，但各绿地之间联系较弱，需通过市政斑马线进行衔接。“孤岛化”现象使得公园绿地降低了对周边社区居民的吸引力。设计通过缝合碎片化绿地空间，推动公共绿地从“独立景点”向 “网络化生态系统” 与 “连续式生活舞台” 转型。因此，贯通绿地之间的慢行步道成为“菱湖公园道”的重要议题之一。首先，通过对原有绿地步道体系及竖向的梳理，使得慢行步道尽可能的靠近水，最大化慢行步道的亲水性。

Although there are abundant existing green space resources, the connection between various green spaces is weak, and they need to be connected through municipal zebra crossings. The “islandization” phenomenon reduces the attractiveness of park green spaces to residents of surrounding communities. By stitching fragmented green space, the design promotes the transformation of public green spaces from “independent scenic spots” to “networked ecological systems” and “continuous life stages”. Therefore, connecting the slow-moving trails between green spaces has become one of the important issues of the “Linghu Parkway”. Firstly, through sorting out the original green space trail system and vertical elevation, the slow-moving trails are as close to the water as possible to maximize the water affinity of the slow-moving trails.

其次，在地块腹地受限或受水系、市政桥梁等因素被阻隔的空间，采用地下通道、跨河桥梁、架空步道等方式打通滨水步道断点。绿道体系的贯通不仅解决“可达性”问题，更致力于营造高品质的公共空间体验，最终实现公共绿地从“城市配套”到“生活核心”的价值跃升。

Secondly, in spaces restricted by the hinterland of the plot or blocked by water systems, municipal bridges and other factors, underground passages, river-crossing bridges, overhead trails and other methods are adopted to open up the breakpoints of the waterfront trails. The connection of the greenway system not only solves the problem of “accessibility” but also strives to create a high-quality public space experience, ultimately realizing the value leap of public green spaces from “urban supporting facilities” to “core of life”.

主题水岸：特色主题园区
Themed Waterfront – Characteristic Themed Parks

结合地块特征及使用人群，提出“科技展示”和“社区活力”两大主题。同时，通过对绿地现状深入调研，设计梳理出几大主题园随水岸展开，主要包含创智园，樱花谷，桃李园、童趣园等，让每段滨水旅程都成为与自然共生的诗意漫步。

Combining the characteristics of the plot and the user groups, two major themes of “technology exhibition” and “community vitality” are proposed. At the same time, through in-depth investigation of the current situation of the green space, the design sorts out several themed parks along the waterfront, mainly including Chuangzhi Park, Cherry Blossom Valley, Taoli Garden, Children’s Fun Garden, etc., making each section of the waterfront journey a poetic walk coexisting with nature.

创智园将场地内原有自然空间与滨水步道相接，促进绿色空间与交通体系的连接与拓展。慢行道之间由乔、灌、草结合的复合线性绿化种植分隔，在提升植物单位面积固碳效益的同时，也起到了丰富景观层次、保障市民使用的安全性。道路中原有的香樟、榉树、无患子等数百棵易于维护且固碳量较高的本土树种也得以保留，这些树木能够有效降低空气中的二氧化碳浓度，改善空气质量，为市民创造更健康的出行环境。

Chuangzhi Park connects the original natural space in the site with the waterfront trail, promoting the connection and expansion of the green space and the transportation system. The slow-moving trails are separated by composite linear green plantings combining arbor trees, shrubs, and grasses, which not only improve the carbon sequestration efficiency per unit area of plants but also enrich the landscape layers and ensure the safety of citizens’ use. Hundreds of native tree species in the road, such as camphor trees, zelkova trees, and Chinese soapberry trees, which are easy to maintain and have high carbon sequestration capacity, are also preserved. These trees can effectively reduce the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air, improve air quality, and create a healthier travel environment for citizens.

场地周边聚集了大量企业员工，因此在空间营造上规划了丰富的滨水休闲空间与口袋休息空间，从而提供便捷的放松场所。例如，设计打造的亲水吧台，成为了员工们午餐休憩的优选之地，同时，分散在绿色廊道中的口袋休息空间搭配弧形座椅与绿植点缀，可供员工在工作间隙短暂放松、梳理思路，让场地不仅是交通连接的载体，更成为提升工作幸福感的温馨配套空间。

A large number of enterprise employees gather around the site. Therefore, in terms of space creation, rich waterfront leisure spaces and pocket rest spaces are planned to provide convenient places for relaxation. For example, the waterfront bar designed has become a preferred place for employees to rest during lunch. At the same time, the pocket rest spaces scattered in the green corridor are equipped with curved seats and green plant decorations, allowing employees to take a short break and sort out their ideas during work intervals, making the site not only a carrier for traffic connection but also a warm supporting space to improve work happiness.

场地内原有的亲水亭被完整保留，并对其周边进行了全方位的优化提升。补植四季常绿的观赏植物、翻新老化的廊架结构，同时更新地面铺装材质与休憩座椅，让原本荒废的亭子摆脱了破旧闲置的状态。改造后的亲水亭依托滨水优势，成为了附近员工和市民新的休闲停靠点，无论是午后静坐观景，还是下班途中稍作停留，都进一步丰富了场地的休闲功能与使用价值。

The original waterfront pavilion in the site is completely preserved, and its surrounding area is comprehensively optimized and upgraded. Evergreen ornamental plants are supplemented, the aging corridor structure is renovated, and the ground pavement materials and resting seats are updated, making the originally abandoned pavilion get rid of the state of disrepair and idleness. Relying on the waterfront advantage, the renovated waterfront pavilion has become a new leisure stop for nearby employees and citizens. Whether sitting quietly to enjoy the scenery in the afternoon or pausing on the way home from work, it further enriches the leisure functions and use value of the site.

樱花谷的场地现状原生植被较好，樱花成林。设计依托现状植被及地形特征，打造以樱花为主题的特色观赏园，并搭配设计樱花造型的特色廊架，强调绿色生态的花谷景观，适合市民散步和小型运动，变成了周边办公人群新的打卡驻足点。

Cherry Blossom Valley has good native vegetation and dense cherry blossoms. Based on the current vegetation and topographical characteristics, the design creates a characteristic viewing garden with cherry blossoms as the theme, and matches it with a characteristic corridor in the shape of cherry blossoms, emphasizing the green and ecological flower valley landscape. It is suitable for citizens to walk and do small-scale sports, and has become a new check-in spot for office workers around.

桃李园是将校园南侧绿地激活，引入滨水步道连通养老院及相邻社区，成为邻里交往的活力中心。

Taoli Garden activates the green space on the south side of the campus, introduces waterfront trails to connect the nursing home and adjacent communities, and becomes a dynamic center for neighborhood communication.

同时设置一处水边驿站，向每一位市民敞开的提供休憩驻留、日常服务的开放小屋。

At the same time, a waterfront station is set up, an open cabin that provides rest, stay, and daily services for every citizen.

建筑前增添镜水面、互动旱喷等装置，打造出一个充满乐趣与归属感的公共空间。

童趣园地虽植被较多，但功能欠缺。因此，满足周边居民对滨水空间迫切的活动需求是需要重点考虑因素。童趣园秉持自然生态、自然游乐、自然教育理念，通过原木设施、树木与植被等生态元素，还原真实的自然环境，鼓励小朋友进行探索。

Although the Children’s Fun Garden has many plants, it lacks functions. Therefore, meeting the urgent activity needs of surrounding residents for waterfront space is a key consideration. Adhering to the concepts of natural ecology, natural play, and natural education, the Children’s Fun Garden restores the real natural environment through ecological elements such as log facilities, trees, and vegetation, encouraging children to explore.

Urban Evolution from Traffic Axis to Super Park Avenue

本次菱湖大道景观提升工程北起高浪路，南至具区路，全长4.7公里，涉及两侧绿地面积超25万平方米，涵盖太湖湾科创城的16个园区、2片住宅区及多个现状公园。菱湖大道品质提升工程是一项涵盖了市政路面出新，多杆合一，人行道翻新，绿化改造，城市家具更新等多方面的综合工程，不仅是城市更新的一次重要尝试，更是一项面向未来的空间共享实践。通过“生态优先、绿地共享、科创基因”等核心理念的贯彻，菱湖大道从一条交通性主干道，逐渐转型为市民和城市共生共存的“超级公园大道”。未来，这条大道不仅会成为无锡市民日常生活中不可或缺的一部分，更是展示无锡新区创新精神和活力的闪亮名片。城市的进化从未停止，而菱湖大道的蜕变，正是无锡新吴区走向更加开放、绿色和创新未来的重要一步。

The quality enhancement project of Linghu Avenue is a comprehensive project covering the renovation of municipal pavements, integration of multiple poles, renovation of sidewalks, greening transformation, renewal of urban furniture, etc. It is not only an important attempt at urban renewal but also a space-sharing practice for the future. By implementing core concepts such as “ecology first, green space sharing, and sci-tech innovation genes”, Linghu Avenue has gradually transformed from a traffic-oriented arterial road into a “Super Park Avenue” where citizens and the city coexist. In the future, this avenue will not only become an indispensable part of Wuxi citizens’ daily lives but also a bright business card showing the innovative spirit and vitality of Wuxi New Area. Urban evolution never stops, and the transformation of Linghu Avenue is an important step for Wuxi Xinwu District towards a more open, green, and innovative future.
