O 效果图设计师
Rendering Designer

岗位内容
Key Responsibilities
1. 充分理会设计师的想法，按时按质的完成效果图制作。
2. 配合设计师进行制图，协助设计师进行部分设计。
1. Understanding Designer’s Vision: Fully comprehend the ideas and concepts put forth by the designer, ensuring a clear understanding of the design intent. Produce renderings that accurately reflect the designer’s vision.
2. Collaboration and Assistance: Work closely with the designer to produce renderings. Assist in drafting and contribute to the design process as needed, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.

岗位要求
Requirements
1. 大专及以上（相关专业可放宽到中专）。
2. 三年及以上经验，有商业空间经验优先。
3. 熟练应用3DMAX (Vr，cr)、Photoshop等相关的计算机软件。
1. Education: Minimum of a diploma, preferably a bachelor’s degree, in a relevant field. Qualifications may be flexible for candidates with exceptional skills and experience.
2. Experience: Three years or more of experience in graphic design, with a preference for those with experience in commercial spaces. Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality renderings is essential.
3. Software Proficiency: Proficient in using software such as 3DMAX (Vr, cr) and Photoshop for rendering purposes. Advanced skills in these programs are necessary to create realistic and visually appealing renderings.

O 原创/陈列设计师
Original/Display Designer

岗位内容
Key Responsibilities
1. 参与前期调研与创意，方案深化及协助落地。
2. 负责项目从立项到落地等统筹协调工作。
3. 具备商业空间的陈列装置及新方案策划落地。
4. 有一定的商业设计研究，竞品分析能力。能及时跟踪行业前沿趋势，不断增强品牌策略意识保持设计的先锋性。
5. 具备与甲方讲解方案能力。
6. 负责商铺的视觉陈列效果。
1. Participate in Preliminary Research and Ideation: Engage in initial research and brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts for display installations. Assist in refining and developing these concepts to align with project goals and objectives.
2. Project Coordination and Execution: Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of coordination and execution. Ensure seamless collaboration among team members and stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables.
3. Development of Display Solutions: Utilize your expertise in commercial space design to develop innovative display solutions and installations. From concept development to final execution, contribute to the creation of visually captivating and effective display setups.
4. Market Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies. Utilize insights gathered to enhance brand strategies and maintain design innovation.
5. Client Presentation: Effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to clients (first parties), showcasing the rationale behind each display installation. Address any questions or concerns to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
6. Visual Merchandising: Take responsibility for the visual presentation of retail spaces, ensuring that display installations effectively showcase products and align with brand aesthetics.

1. 有2年及以上原创商业空间或陈列，道具经验。
2. 责任心强有良好的组织协调能力及团队合作精神。
3. 国内外优秀艺术院校背景优先考虑。
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in original commercial space or display design, including experience with props. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing display installations is essential.
2. Strong Organizational and Teamwork Skills: Possess a strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational and coordination abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project goals.
3. Educational Background: Preference will be given to candidates with a background from outstanding art institution.

O 暖通/机电设计师
HVAC/ME designer

岗位内容
Key Responsibilities
1. 配合主案设计师做好深化设计工作，完成全套施工图绘制。
2. 充分了解设计并转换成施工图之各项细节图纸。
3. 可以独立完成施工图。
1. Collaborate with Lead Designers: Work closely with lead designers to refine design concepts and ensure they meet project requirements. Assist in the development of detailed construction drawings to support project implementation.
2. Understand and Translate Design Requirements: Fully grasp design requirements and effectively translate them into detailed construction drawings. Pay meticulous attention to all design elements and ensure accuracy in the translation process.
3. Independently Complete Construction Drawings: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and produce complete sets of construction drawings. Take ownership of the drafting process and ensure all drawings are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

岗位要求
Requirements
1. 大专及以上学历（相关专业毕业可放宽到中专）。
2. 两年及以上深化相关经验。
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (relevant field; consideration may be given to candidates with a diploma).
2. Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in related roles, with a focus on design development. Demonstrated experience in HVAC/electromechanical design is preferred.
