博度景观是一家2017年成立的设计工作室，专注于从景观角度去思考城市空间以及风貌，理解城市本身就是城市化强度最大以及层次最多的景观形式，当下的景观脉络是已往的社会关系下技术材料以及艺术形式的综合体现，需求变化的驱动下，如何在复杂的城市环境中实现需求或解决诸多的城市问题是需要综合的看待以上三者的关系，了解景观脉络的变化所带来的成果或后果的前提下，材料，技术以及形式的原型设计原型的探索和尝试，政策，经济规律下的社会关系的原型的探讨才能实现变化的持续性。博度景观不认可当下景观一味的几何和功能的设计填充，从零到一百，从全自然到完全城市界面，景观设计应该充分剖析景观脉络以及需求变化下，有度的景观策略让每一个项目，每一块场地焕发其应该具有的景观风貌，并实现或提高其经济价值和社会需求。

Pland is a new landscape design studio founded in 2017, focusing on all kinds of landscape projects with a perspective of landscape on the urban space and environment. Regarding the city is the most layered and urbanized form of landscape, the current landscape context is a combination of historical technique, material, culture and art. Under the requirement of renovation, how to get the achievement and resolutions needs to understand the consequence of intervention. Pland disagrees and refuses the ordinary landscape design of filling with pattern, geometry and function only. From 0 to 100% greenery, from the most urban to natural environment, landscape design should understand the context and the consequence of intervention, and the right landscape design strategies can make each site and project to be unique, with achievements of economy and social values.

PLAND works with a multi-dimensional design thinking, provides original design concepts, serves with professional ability and experience, guarantees qualitied products. O Assistant Designer
助理设计师

职位描述
1. 协助设计师完成设计任务
2.能熟练掌握基本的制图软件和技巧
3. 对设计信息的正确理解，快速理解
4. 完全独立或参照图纸样板独立完成基本类设计图纸
5. 并对自己工作规划安排，进度管理，成果检查以及成果归档

基本要求
1. 1-3年景观建筑设计经验，相关专业背景（风景园林，建筑，规划等）
2. 对处理复杂城市界面的设计工作感兴趣，有求知欲，有学习力并具备基本制图技能和独立思考能力的设计新手。

Job Descriptions:
1. Assist designers to complete design tasks
2. Skilled in basic drawing software and skills
3. Correct and quick understanding of design information
4. Complete basic design drawings independently or with reference to drawing templates
5. Be able to make reasonably work plan, manage the work progress, check the work results, and file the completed content in time.

1.1-3 years experiences in landscape/architecture industry with related major background (landscape architecture, architecture, planning, etc.)
2. Beginner with intellectual curiosity, learning ability and basic drawing skills and independent thinking ability, also interested in dealing with complex urban interface design work.

O Task Designer
景观任务设计师

职位描述
1. 全面掌握通用的绘图软件和技巧，高效率完成绘制工作
2. 理解主创设计师意图并能独立开展局部的设计深化工作
3. 能完全独立或参照图纸样板独立完成基本类设计图纸
4. 任务组工作的安排，管理，检查，以及工作成果归档以及工作汇报能力
5. 理解，制定计划，分配，并校核设计任务

基本要求
1. 3-5年景观设计建筑设计经验，相关专业背景（风景园林，建筑，规划等）
2. 能独立在大体系逻辑下进行局部深化设计工作，娴熟的设计制图能力以及表现能力（对参数化设计感兴趣或掌握者，对渲染表达突出者优先考虑）

Job Descriptions:
1. Comprehensively command general drawing software and skills, complete drawing work efficiently.
2. Understand the intention of the chief designer and be able to develop partial design work independently.
3. Complete basic design drawings independently or with reference to drawing templates
4. Arrange, manage and check the work of task group, file the work results in time, and have presentation skills
5. Understand the work accurately and develop work plans reasonably, allocate design tasks and review the results in time.

Requirements:
1. 3-5 years experiences in landscape/architecture industry with related major background (landscape architecture, architecture, planning, etc.)
2. Able to develop design work independently under the logic of large system, skilled in design drawing and (interested or skilled in parametric design, good at rendering expression is preferred)

O DD Designer
景观扩初设计师

职位描述
1. 与方案设计师以及业主能进行有效沟通，迅速领悟整体设计思路及审美趋向，充分理解方案设计意图，针对方案能提出有效的落地节点设计
2.熟悉国家相关行业规范、设计标准和各项要求，完成设计落地深化，并独立制作高品质完整的扩初图纸的设计工作；
3. 需施工现场设计配合与良好的沟通，具备扩初汇报文件制作以及汇报能力

基本要求
1. 5年以上景观扩初设计经验，相关专业背景（风景园林，建筑，规划等），擅长并热爱景观方案深化及扩初设计，有商业综合体项目工作经历；
2. 精通Auto CAD，熟悉Adobe CS, Sketchup，Rhino等设计软件；

Job Descriptions:
1. communicate effectively with designers and owners, quickly comprehend the overall design ideas and aesthetic tendencies, fully understand the design intent, and put forward effective landing detail design;
2.familiar with the relevant national industry norms, design standards and requirements, to complete the design deepening, and independently produce high-quality complete extension of the initial drawings of the design work;
3.need to cooperate with the construction site design and good communication, with the expansion of the initial report document production and reporting ability.

Requirements:
1. more than 5 years of experience in landscape DD design, related professional background (landscape architecture, architecture, planning, etc.), good at and love landscape scheme deepening and expansion design, and work experience in commercial complex projects；
2. Proficient in Auto CAD, familiar with Adobe CS, Sketchup, Rhino and other design software.
