Design Land Collaborative (DLC) is a professional consulting firm comprising landscape architects and planners. We are devoted towards design solutions that generate a positive sense of place, promote healthy communities, quality of life, and everyday experiences at the heart of a livable and evolving city.

We care and respect for nature and space deeply, we study their complexities, contradictions, constraints and try to promote their continued sustainable evolution through design. Our work is grounded in craft and detail and we are inspired by the practice of landscape architecture as a natural, balanced and poetic expression of life.

We believe that landscapes need to be more than aesthetically pleasing and durable. They should be designed to be catalysts for human interaction, recreation and community. Our work is original, sustainable, uncluttered, and enjoyable. Our portfolio includes a diverse range of designs from large public parks and university campuses to commercial, civic, residential projects, hotels and resorts as well as the iconic Tiandi developments (天地 tiān dì, meaning ‘heaven and earth’). O 高级设计师（类似于高级项目经理）
Senior Designer Candidate

– 应聘者需有至少10年以上景观设计/项目管理经验，期中至少有5-8年的项目概念和方案设计阶段的经验。
– 应聘者应负责各种规模和高复杂性的多个项目的高效设计和开发，了解并熟悉施工细节和施工方法，以便与图形/渲染和制作团队有效沟通设计。
– 应聘者需要了解如何进行有效的项目演示和汇报，能够沟通并明确业主的设计需求、协调项目进度并监督和控制项目质量。该职位要求候选人有清晰的口头、书面表达和图纸沟通能力，可以与客户、景观相关顾问和施工方合作。
– 应聘者还应熟练掌握景观相关软件，如AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Photoshop、Adobe InDesign、Rhino、3DS-MAX、V-RAY、PowerPoint等软件。
– 应聘者的简历和作品集应包括设计和施工各个阶段的过往经验、手绘草图、图纸等细节表达。

– Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in landscape design/project management, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience with Concept and Schematic Design phase of a project.
– Candidates should be responsible for the efficient design and development of multiple projects at various sizes and complexities with knowledge and familiarity of construction details and construction methods to effectively communicate designs with the graphic/rendering and production teams.
– Candidates need to understand how to put an effective presentation together, able to define scope and coordinate schedules and oversee quality control.
– A strong requirement of this position requires candidates to work with complex client, sub-consultant and contractor teams through clear verbal, written and drawing communication.
– Candidates should also have experience with overall production related software such as AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Photoshop、Adobe InDesign、Rhino、3DS-MAX、V-RAY & PowerPoint etc. Portfolios should include past experience, hand sketches, graphics and construction detailing at all stages of design and production.
– Candidates need to be able to report on projects and communicate in English with his/her line leader (foreigner) in daily work.
– Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or above in landscape design, horticultural design, or other related fields.

O 中级项目经理
Mid-level Project Manager Candidate

– 应聘者需有至少7年以上景观设计/项目管理经验，且需在概念设计、汇报、设计深化、施工细节和施工协调的所有阶段至少有2-4年的经验。
– 应聘者将负责各种规模和复杂性的多个项目的高效运行，重点关注设计深化、施工细节和施工协调的准确性和完整性。
– 该职位要求应聘者有清晰的口头、书面表达和图纸沟通能力，可以与客户、景观相关顾问和施工方合作。
– 应聘者应精通AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Photoshop和Adobe InDesign、Rhino、3DS-MAX、V-RAY、PowerPoint等软件。
– 应聘者的简历和作品集应包括设计和施工各个阶段过往经验、图纸和施工细节等细节表达。

Graphic Designer Candidate

– 应聘者需有至少7年以上相关工作经验
– 应聘者需要与设计和后期团队密切合作，以在模型和渲染形式深化和实施设计概念，并具备一定的审美素养候选人。
– 应聘者需要理解建筑/工程/景观图纸，并且必须精通AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Photoshop、Adobe InDesign、Rhino、3DS-MAX、V-RAY、PowerPoint等软件。
– 应聘者的简历和作品集应包括过往经验、AUTO CAD图纸、SketchUp模型视图和各种角度视图的效果图表达。
– 应聘者需能用英语进行项目和日常工作中基本英文沟通交流，CET四级以上。
– 应聘者需具有景观设计、园林园艺设计等相关本科或以上学历

– Candidates must have at least 7 years of relevant work experience
– Candidates required to work closely with the design and production teams to develop and implement design concepts based on aesthetic direction in model and rendering form.
– Candidates need to understand architectural/engineering/landscape drawings and must be proficient in software such as AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Photoshop、Adobe InDesign、Rhino、3DS-MAX、V-RAY & PowerPoint etc.
– Portfolios should include past experience, AUTO CAD drawings, SketchUp Model views and renderings with various angle views.
– Candidates must be able to communicate in basic English for projects and daily work, with a CET-4 or above proficiency.
– Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or above in landscape design, horticultural design, or other related fields.
