背景
CONTEXT

图尔Jean de la Fontaine幼儿园的改造由ALTA事务所操刀。项目位于城市的东北部，在快速发展的社区环境中，学校以适宜的规模与独特的建筑类型从复杂的城市肌理中脱颖而出。设计除了使建筑及其周围环境更加清晰外，还旨在对卢瓦尔地区建筑和自然遗产致敬。

In Tours, the Jean de la Fontaine school has undergone a complete makeover at the hands of the ALTA agency. In the northeast of the city, in a rapidly changing neighborhood, the existing school was part of a complex urban fabric characterized by a great heterogeneity of scales and building types. In addition to making the establishment and its surroundings more legible, ALTA’s project is a true homage to the architectural and natural heritage of the Loire region.

环境敏感性
A SENSITIVE INSTALLATION

项目的规划结合了幼儿园的功能需求，并真正希望加深学校与其景观环境之间的联系。在学校的入口处，前院扮演着双重角色，既是欢迎学生们的空间，也是向家长和所有当地居民开放的公共空间。

The implementation of the project combines the requirements of the program with a genuine desire to deepen the links established between the school and its landscape context. At the school’s entrance, the forecourt serves the dual role of a welcoming space for the students and a public space open to parents and all local residents.

立面的设计与开窗布局的相互结合，为室内创造出理想的周围环境和景观的视野。此外，建筑还作为两处室外空间之间的桥梁，使空间序列从公共前院，过渡到设有保护性围栏的操场，再逐渐过渡到更加私密的空间。

The interplay of openings and elevations oﬀers views of the surrounding environment and landscape. Moreover, the school acts as a bridge between two outdoor spaces, allowing for a gradual transition to intimacy—from the public forecourt to the protective enclosure of the playground.

关注使用者的感受
ARCHITECTURE IN THE SERVICE OF USER COMFORT

场地内的建筑体量布局组成了一条带有缝隙的虚线，不同的时段定义了空间的不同功能，串联了所有建筑体量，此外，这种设计还为室内引入了东南和西北方向上的交叉通风。稻草和木材等简单材料的使用为建筑赋予了小木屋般的亲切尺度感。注重所有年龄段使用者的舒适度和幸福感，堪称ALTA事务所在设计建筑时的核心。

The composition of the school in a broken line deﬁnes distinct uses by associating them with speciﬁc time frames; it also allows the interior spaces to beneﬁt from cross-exposures to the southeast and northwest. The image of the cabin is once again reﬂected in the use of simple materials such as straw and wood. Central to ALTA’s construction concerns is a great consideration for the comfort and well-being of both young and adult users.

场地的合理规划与具有小木屋形象的建筑体量体现了一种既注重技术又注重敏感性的建筑方法。本项目也是图尔首座将木框架结构与稻草隔热层结合在一起的建筑案例。这种适度但具有颠覆性的隔热方法通过强调其概念设计的独特性，将本设施与标准化建筑区分开来。

These joint intentions for a virtuous construction site and an allusion to the cabin symbol demonstrate an architectural approach that is both technical and sensitive. Thus, for the ﬁrst time in Tours, the structural work with a wooden frame is combined with straw insulation. This modest yet subversive insulation method sets the facility apart from standardized construction by emphasizing the uniqueness of its conceptual approach.

建筑外立面采用了北方松木，与这个多样化社区的部分建筑相呼应。木材经过热处理和染色，以提高其耐久性，并延迟了材料的老化，此外，木材还具有可观的隔热性能，有助于在寒冷的季节保持室内空间的温暖。细长线条的屋顶悬挑于前院和庭院上方，形成了抵御自然因素的第一条防线，为使用者提供了遮阳避雨的灰空间。

The selected Northern Pine for the vertical cladding elements echoes certain constructions in this diverse neighborhood. Thermally treated and stained to enhance its durability and anticipate its aging, the wood has a dark hue chosen for its convective properties, which will help warm the interior spaces during the cold season. The slender lines of the roof overhangs above the forecourt and courtyard form the ﬁrst shelter against natural elements, whether rain or sunlight.

在夏天，出挑的屋檐与植被相结合，以保护立面和大窗户免受长时间的阳光照射。谨慎且高效的铝制框架为大面积的开窗提供了可能，而大面积的开窗则有助于为教室引入高质量的采光，同时也让室内的人们能够充分欣赏到景观设计师设计的独特自然景观。

In summer, the roof overhangs combine with the vegetation to protect the facades and their large windows from prolonged sun exposure. The dimensions of these windows, made possible by their discreet and eﬃcient aluminum frames, beneﬁt the classrooms, which enjoy high-quality light and exceptional views of the natural landscapes designed by the landscapers.
