Appreciation towards Lasvit for providing the following description:

ICE 吊灯打破了捷克吹制玻璃工艺传统造型的窠臼，以棱角分明的设计挑战极致视觉享受。多种几何造型被别出新裁的扭转拼接，在高达1 米的等边三角形体中打造出奇妙的绚影效果。灯具中的三角体可组合出多重拼接方案，可以风格迥异的多元化造型搭配不同的空间设计。Libeskind 还通过玻璃的反射和折射作用为每一束光影营造出棱镜般的炫目美感，整座灯具形似一组五光十色的玻璃钟乳石或冰锥，令观者浮想联翩，仿佛置身于英国新浪潮科幻作家 JG Ballard 打造的晶莹的水晶森林中。

The ICE chandelier by Daniel Libeskind challenges the traditionally round forms of Czech hand-blown glass with a sharp, angular design. The result is a spectacular deformation of geometric elements that fit together like a puzzle inside a 1m equilateral triangle. Such triangles can be placed together in a modular way to create different compositions horizontally, and so can be uniquely adapted to a wide variety of spaces. The glass elements capture light, refracting and splitting it into prisms, so that each column glows differently, and the ensemble looks like a city of glass or the vitrified leaves in JG Ballard’s Crystal Forest.
