华为作为世界顶尖的科技创新企业，其在南京的研发中心是全球十五个重要研究机构之一。AECOM的全球化多专业的设计团队，历经六年完成了该项目的一体化设计（建筑、景观、室内）和全程服务。

Huawei Nanjing Research & Development Center is one of the important institutions of Huawei, the world’s top technology innovation company. It took multi-disciplinary groups from AECOM 6 years to complete the whole design period of the project’s integrated design (architecture, landscape, interior design).

AECOM团队通过国际竞赛赢得该项目的设计权，在对华为企业愿景和发展趋势进行了深度解读后，了解到华为的特殊人员架构：研发人员占比超过45%，而30岁以下的员工占比超过52%，如何秉承其“创新与务实”的基因，营造多元有序的工作场所；鼓励团队间的合作与交流；激发新一代年轻员工的创造力；适应不同发展时期的运营模式，均是设计者将“行为模式”转换成“空间模式”的基础。为此，设计团队散发了大量针对性的调查问卷，座谈与走访了华为的管理者和运营者，梳理整合出相应数据与模型，结合国际上对研发园区的发展趋势的研究，形成了完整的设计输入条件，并形成最终设计目标：流动、合作及互动是华为人工作方式的生动写照，如何构建在形式与概念上都与之匹配的空间，是对华为新一代办公空间模式的探索。

嵌入场地+融进自然
Anchoring and blending into The Site

基地紧邻南京雨花台景区，属于典型自然丘陵地貌，场地原始高差达11m，为了最大限度保留场地记忆，更好地融入自然，设计顺应坡向营造成6m高差的东西两组台地，低处衔接已建园区，高处通往保留原始林木的自然坡地。将建筑有机地嵌入场地，东面是更为开放的含有车行及落客区的园区广场，西面则为相对私密安静，适于人行的疏林草坪，从而限定出不同私密性的外部空间，通过多首层进入的方式，提供不同的抵达体验。建筑在形态上采用分散体量，曲线流动的方式与场地天然肌理的律动相协调，让建筑仿佛从场地上有机生长而成。

The site sits next to Yuhuatai area, a hilly landform. The new R&D center crosses two tableland with 6 meters’ height difference, and aims to blend into the site, with high ground connecting the natural sloping field and low ground attaching the built industrial area, remaining the memory of the sit as much as possible.

对话之门+云之连廊
Dialogue Gate + Cloud Corridor

为了减少空间压力，提供更好的景观视廊，设计将7万㎡的体量拆解成大小有别的三幢建筑，顺应地形做了一定旋转，减少主要界面的对视，赢得更多的观景视野。将东西朝向扭转成东南与西南朝向，在第五层的空中由二组30m巨大跨度的 “云廊”将三幢建筑连缀成一体。

To divide the mass and avoid direct view conflict, the building was disassembled into 3 groups, twisted at a proper extent, and connected by the “Cloud Corridor” which is spanning 30 meters on the 5th floor. This results in “an aerial integrated sharing floor”, and turned the plaza a grey space with canopy, connecting the viewpoint with industrial area, promoting their communication.

下部自然形成两组“对话之门”，让“景区”与“园区”，“自然”与“人工”产生视觉与空间的对话，同时也提供了有顶盖的半户外公共广场。引微风吹过，眺望清爽自然。而“云廊”层也成为整个园区的“空中共享中心”，将培训、健身、会议、图书馆等共享功能组织在一起，让所有员工均能在此欢聚交流时，可凭窗眺望两侧风景，放松身心。这也是对华为因连接、互动而激发活力的一种可视化表达。

风之庭院+梯田露台
Courtyard in the Wind + Terraced Deck

三幢研发建筑以“方中带圆”的平面基本形态保证其使用效率和空间品质。每组“交通核”到达工位的距离不超过30m，研发办公的进深不超过10m。为改善在南京相对湿热条件下的“微气候”，三幢建筑均植入了开放式的内院或有顶盖的中庭，有效改善了室内自然采光与通风，因此被称为“风之庭院”。其中五层通高的巨大阳光中庭成为共享与互动的重要场所。曲线楼梯盘旋上升，光影生动，活力十足。

To improve the “micro-weather” at a relatively hot and humid condition in Nanjing, the three buildings are implanted with open inner courtyard or covered atrium. The sunshine atrium space with 5th floor height becomes a sharing and interaction space vertically. Meanwhile, the use of setback and protruding surface mimic the natural form of terraces, providing the opportunity for the users to communicate with the environment.

为了让更多使用者与周边自然有对话呼吸的机会，每层利用退台和出挑的方式，形成模拟自然形态的“梯田露台”，木质地板与透明栏板让人与自然“无界相融”。外立面则采用暖色彩釉点玻璃形成水平遮阳百叶，让自然光更均匀地透射进室内。温暖精致的柔和肌理与层间的白色曲线挑板相得益彰，营造出创新园区的技术美与未来感。

灵活生长+复合共享
Flexible Development + Complex Sharing

现代科技园区要应对企业的成长与变化，关注员工工作生活的多元丰富。设计将三幢研发楼以1500㎡的级差，把标准层面积设计为2000㎡，3500㎡，5000㎡，可容纳不同规模的团队。而空中连廊层的设置，又让团队在垂直和水平方向上的连接与合作成为可能。

The typical floors of these three R&D buildings are designed at a difference of 1,500 ㎡, which are 2,000㎡, 3,500㎡ and 5,000㎡, for various scales of groups.

我们将园区依据不同空间特性，设计成垂直方向上的“复合社区”：地下室为实验室与停车场；利用半地下层的大进深空间，前区设置开敞且有外部景观的员工餐厅与咖啡休息区，后区为厨房与配套服务；首层与半地下层有双首层的入口，让使用者可以从不同标高进入，同时也可作为展示接待空间；第五层的云廊将培训、健身、会议、图书馆等共享空间集于一身；屋顶则为视野开阔的空中花园。员工在这里可以享有丰富的空间体验，完善的人性化服务，去应对工作、学习、交往、运动、休闲不同状态的切换。

According to different spatial characteristics, they are designed as a “complex community” along the vertical direction. Labs and parking lots are set on the basement floor. Taking advantage of the large depth space on the semi-basement floor, the front area has an open staff restaurant and coffee lounge with external landscape view, as the kitchen and supporting services are set in the rear area. Since the ground floor and the semi-basement have two entrances, serving as both reception and exhibition space, the users can enter the buildings from different level. The fifth floor, the “Cloud Corridor”, contains different kinds of public sharing space such as training, fitness, conference, library, etc. The roof has a sky garden with an unobscured view. The employees can enjoy abundant space experience and perfect humanized services on different floors.

内外交融+冷暖互现
Inside and outside+Warm and chill

利用“一体化设计”的优势，室内设计与建筑设计在方案深化阶段便有深度互动。作为核心空间研发办公的室内被精心划分成几大类型模块，外侧面对自然与城市景观为大尺度的开放式办公模块，工位的形式与规模可任意组合，以冷静沉稳的灰白色调为主，理性有序。内侧面对安静的中心庭院则安排各种中小尺度的会议空间模块，独立而专注，减少干扰。交通与服务核分布均匀，同时消化异形空间。

而在关键的转角节点，则布置别具特色咖啡吧互动交流空间模块。在温暖木色上增加明黄与橙红等明度较高的色彩，营造活跃明快的交流休闲的氛围。既满足理性高效的灵活开放的团队工作，又激发年轻员工自由奔放的畅想与交流。

室内设计对几个特色空间也做了针对性的重点刻画。餐厅是华为对员工人性化关怀的重要一环，也是休闲交往的核心空间。设计提供了颇具华为运营特色的茶餐厅、咖啡厅、特色餐厅多种主题的就餐区，将其营造成一个特色各异，风格协调的美食集群。

利用双首层的理念，以曲线元素设置了双层大堂。在五层通高的主中庭空间，结合白色轻盈的网架穹顶引入阳光，带来光影丰富的变化，外挑的旋转楼梯成为整个共享空间的视觉焦点。而在云廊层，利用两层间的大楼梯，营造出开放的“阶梯教室”般的培训演讲空间，同时把外露的钢桁架的建构技术美与绿色的观景休息廊有机结合。

山林叠台+流动自然
The layered landscape + Flowing nature

园区景观设计充分利用被精心保留的自然坡地与原生植被，深入解读建筑设计提供的不同标高，不同尺度，不同等级的丰富外部空间基底，以疏林草地、休闲台阶、台地庭院、跌落水景等多个主题，营造建筑与环境，人与自然的层次丰富的和谐对话。入口处的跌水花坛将山水意象与台地主题高度提炼，让静态的景观有动态之美。台地庭院将绿色渗入建筑核心，提供安详禅意的静修之所。与景区相连的东界面，则以疏林草地为意象，既展开大尺度的活动场地，又让建筑群组与丘陵林地有一个疏缓的过渡，同时呼应建筑水平流动的曲线造型，景观将同样的设计语汇运用到铺装、花坛、台阶、跌水景观中，使建筑与景观，园区与自然在舒缓流动中融合共生。

一体化设计+全过程服务
Integrated Design + Whole Process Service

作为AECOM设计团队在中国区继雁栖湖国际会都后又一个重要的一体化设计服务的项目，三个主干专业建筑、景观、室内高度密切的合作，决定了项目的设计品质。在设计全过程，三组团队有频繁定期的互动与交流，通过workshop的方式激发彼此的创意和协调性。在作为组织核心的建筑团队中专门设立了建筑师背景的“景观专员”与“室内专员”协调专业间的设计，让整个设计的一致性和高品质得以保证。设计团队历经两年时间，完成方案、扩初、施工图全过程的设计工作，由于造型以曲线为“母题”，玻璃及铝板幕墙的交接相对复杂，还有不少三维曲面的节点。

建筑设计在施工图阶段，通过对大量三维数字模型的分析，推敲分格、节点和交接，以确保较高的实施完成度。为了让设计更好落地，在四年多施工周期，设计团队长期保有驻场的建筑师与工程师，现场协调各种工程矛盾，快速反馈设计变更。主创设计师也多次亲赴现场，解决复杂关键问题，选定视觉样本及材料，保证每个细节的落地，并协调控制灯光顾问及幕墙顾问的相关深化设计。这样全面系统的国际化的服务方式，让园区的概念创意能如此高品质且完整地呈现。

The 3 discipline groups from AECOM, architecture, Landscape and interior design, highly co-operated to inspire each other meanwhile maintaining the harmony of the design technique. The main color set of the interior is referring to high brightness warm color such as pure orange and yellow, which reinforces the sharing and communication space interface. They also create a lecture space by expanding the 2-floor-high stairs on the “Cloud Corridor” floor. The Landscape group highly utilized the origin natural landscape resources to construct several landscape themes such as big ladder, wide grass, and drop water. The 3 groups are work together to control the quality of the details in construction field, which gives a highly completed outcome of the ideas and conceptions.
