上世纪80年代的香港像一个五彩缤纷的万花筒，中西合璧，包罗万象，既有繁华都市的高大上，也有社会百态的真实。如今的港式餐厅，追求氛围的时尚与新颖，反倒使食客内心感到拘谨，人们开始向往旧时在街头巷尾与三五好友聚餐的轻松惬意。

In the 80s of last century, Hong Kong was a colorful kaleidoscope with a combination of Chinese and Western elements. It contained both the high and prosperous urban areas as well as the social reality. Today’s Hong Kong-style restaurants, the pursuit of the atmosphere of fashion and novelty, but rather cautious inside the diners, people began to look forward to the old and friends in the streets and friends with ease.

餐厅名为“揸弗人”，源自粤语揸FIT人，一派之众的掌舵人之意，用意在于以食为先，以物夺目的用餐体验，避免过度装饰的氛围喧宾夺主。在分析了业主的产品特点与受众人群的定位，我们一致将风格定位为香港的市井氛围，为我们的食客营造富有香港街头元素、轻松惬意，能将注意力专注于我们餐食的环境。

The name of the restaurant, <揸弗人>, comes from the Cantonese 揸FIT人, the meaning of gangster, meaning food first, dazzling meal experience, to avoid over-decorative atmosphere distracting. Having analyzed the characteristics of the owners and the target audience, we consistently defined the style as a marketplace in Hong Kong, creating an environment full of Hong Kong street elements for our diners who are relaxed and able to focus their attention on our meals.

设计手法：借鉴了旧时香港的街头夜景，用于多彩的霓虹灯，复古的定制地砖，特制的铁艺造型，以及顶面开放的结构明露，诠释了香港市井的情怀，在这里你不用西装革履，不用正襟危坐。在这里你会有种王家卫电影场景中的恍惚与暧昧。

Design techniques: draw on the old Hong Kong street night scene, for colorful neon lights, retro custom floor tiles, iron shapes and the exposed ceiling structure together interpret the feelings of Hong Kong markets, where you do not need to wear suits and ties or restrict your behavior. Here you will have a trance and ambiguity in the Karwai Wong movie scene.
