塔尔钦，西藏自治区阿里地区普兰县巴嘎乡的驻地，一个人口不过2000人的小镇，每年会吸引超过20万人的光顾，原因便是——“神山圣湖”。（自古以来冈仁波齐和玛旁雍错被佛教、印度教、耆教和笨教誉为神山、圣湖，由冈仁波齐、纳木那尼、玛旁雍错以及拉昂错两山两湖组成的地带被广大信徒称为“神山圣湖”，这里被视为宗教的圣地和“宇宙中心“。）本项目便是位于塔尔钦的——巴嘎乡卫生院。

With a population of less than 2,000, Tarchin attracts more than 200,000 visitors a year for the attraction of Holy Mountains and Lakes. Since ancient times, Kailash and Mansarovar have been honored as sacred mountain and holy lake by Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism and Bonismo. The area consisting of Kailash, Namunani, Mansarovar and Lake Rakshastal is called “sacred mountain and holy lake” by the majority of believers, and is regarded as the holy land of religion and the “center of the universe”. This project is about the Baga health centre in Darchen.

转⼭
Turn mountain

围绕象征纯洁与仁慈的冈仁波钦转⼭可以洗去罪孽。因此，巴嘎乡卫⽣院也因转⼭⽽⽣。

Sin can be washed away by turning the mountains around Kailash, a symbol of purity and kindness. Therefore, Baga health center also begins with circumambulation around holy mountains.

坡道
Ramp

居于祖国边疆的巴嘎乡⾄今国家电⽹仍没有铺设到（据说马上就铺设到了），因此坡道⽐电梯更能解决现下的问题（即使停电，患者依然能够便宜的实现各层的医疗服务）。

The country’s frontier village of Baga is not yet connected to the national grid, which is said to be coming soon, so ramps are a better solution than elevators. Even if there is a power cut, patients can still access all levels of health care cheaply.

看⼭
Look at the mountain

⼈们既然为转⼭⽽来，那即便是接受治疗的时候也应时刻体悟冈仁波的伟⼤。盘旋上升的屋顶，越往上越能清晰欣赏到冈仁波的美貌。⼀进内院，冈仁波⻬便清晰浮现于屋顶上空。进⼊⼤厅，冈仁波⻬更是完全映⼊眼帘。进⼊⼤厅，冈仁波⻬更是完全映⼊眼帘。

Since people come to visit the mountains, they should always be aware of the greatness of Kailash even when receiving treatment. As the roof spiralled upward, one could clearly appreciate the beauty of Kailash. When people go inside, Kailash appeared clearly above the roof. When people go to the hall, Kailash is in full view.

⽯头
stone

⽯头砌筑的巴嘎乡卫⽣院像是从地下⽣⻓出来，实则这⾥的⽯头从1000多公⾥外的⽇喀则运送⽽来，⼀则上为了保护巴嘎乡的⽣态，⼀则因为这个⽯头与扎什伦布寺同源。

The stone masonry Baga health center seems to spring out of the ground. However, actually the stone here is transported from Shigatse, where is more than 1,000 kilometers away from here, partly to protect the ecology of baga township, and partly because the stone is from the same source as Tashilhunpo temple.
