这个世界上从来没有两个完全相同的半圆顶，就像从来没有两种完全一样的灯光和心情……半圆顶落地灯就像是一座大山，能够散发出无穷无尽的各种氛围的灯光，与天空和四季的光线交相辉映；这种落地灯看似有些冷淡，但实际上却能够适应各种空间环境，并与其产生创造性的空间氛围。半圆顶落地灯的直径不大不小正合适，跟人们想象中的月亮一般大小。因此，当它被安置在室外空间时，灯泡和半圆顶形状的灯罩悬挂在灯架上，就像是悬在夜空中的月亮。

Never the same Half Dome, never the same light or the same mood. …Half Dome is a great mountain with endless variations of lighting and sky situations and seasonal characteristics; the many images reflect the varied creative responses to this remarkable granite monolith. The moonlight has a particular size of diameter as people imagine it. The dimension of Half Dome light follows our image of the moonlight size. This outdoor light, suspended over the structure, seems to be the moonlight.
