本项目为武汉海宁皮革城，位于武汉汉阳市城市中心最核心位置—龙阳大道与四新大道路交界处。地处“王家湾商圈”和“沌口商业圈”之间，西面为万达广场，东面为沃尔玛商场，总建筑面积为211580万平方米。

This project is Wuhan Haining Leather City Shopping Mall (Galaxy project PHASEⅠ), located in the most central location of Wuhan at the
junction between Longyang Road and Sixing road. The Mall is also located in the well known intersection between “Wang jia wan commercial
circle” and “Dunkou business circle”, at its West side is Wanda Plaza and to the East situates Wal-Mart store. Haining Leather City Shopping
Mall consists a gross building area of 211580 sqm.

地块四周均有道路环路，交通便捷。因为龙阳大道和四新大道为市政主要干道，交通流量很大，因此地块的机动车主入口布置在东侧四新大道和北侧龙阳大道上，机动车可以通过四新大道直接进入项目地块。

The site is completely surrounded by the main roads that providing convenient transportation. Because Longyang Road and Sixing avenue are the municipal roads with heavy traffic flow-rate, therefore the main entrance points are arranged on the East side of Sixing Avenue and North side of Longyang road. This arrangement allows maximum flow of the traffic to the site.

清晰的建筑体块、与商业定位紧密联系的功能分隔和明确的交通流向是整个设计的特点。使其成为一个重要的商业载体，在长期的发展中始终保持很高的功能性和使用多样性。

The design of distinct building massing, retail-oriented function zoning and well-organized circulation are the main features of this project. The project is considered as an important business hub and In the long term it will offer high level of functionality and diversity to the development.

建筑的走向和拉长的弧线赋予人们良好的条件，可以在地块的转角设置大方而又有气势的主入口，并在商场功能的沿街裙楼设置橱窗。椭圆形的中庭构成了商业室内空间的中心和亮点。“两环一轴”的内部动感布局，将单层700多间商铺连接在一起。商铺的立面最大化地沿着弧线布置，可以在各层之间产生最理想的视觉关系。双环线的交通联系，使商业室内空间清晰而灵活机动。18米宽的中轴线将内外环串连，形成连续的中庭空间。玻璃天顶可以实现自然采光，让屋顶的光线洒落在整个商业室内空间里。在室内交叉布置的自动扶梯构成了商业楼层间螺旋形、令人一目了然的交通联系。全天候中央空调系统，创造舒适宜人的购物环境，节能LED 照明系统，使商场敞亮无比。这些将和建筑形成一个统一的装饰理念。

连续流畅的铝合金板块与LOW-E玻璃围合成弧形外墙，犹如一张丝般的皮革，可以向人们展示现代高科技制皮工艺。800米长的建筑主立面由5738块铝合金板块严丝合缝的拼接而成，其中1562块双曲面的特殊内凹造型，就像皮革的纹理，自然而呼吸地包裹在整个建筑肌理上。铝合金幕墙上下缘的大半径曲线，很好地过渡成大方又有气势的主入口。而柔美的建筑立面，形成无垠天际线。在夜晚，随着LED灯光的变化，自由地呼吸着，富于建筑生命力。实现项目国际化、高质量的建筑艺术。

The design of the elongated curvature of the body massing provides excellent spatial opportunity for window display to be located surrounding the entire mall, at the same time allowing monumental and grand entrances to be designed and positioned in all the corners. Internally, the oval atrium forms the highlight of commercial indoor space, while more than 700 shops per level are linked together by the dynamic double ring layout that are connected by an central axial. It has provided multiple passage links, thus ensuring smoother and more flexible interior spaces.

The 18 meters wide central axis, which flows through the entire commercial spaces shapes a continuous atrium. A glass skylight covers the whole central axis, providing natural sunlight. The escalators are in staggered to form a ‘spiral ‘feature establishing clear circulation links to the interior space. The employment of central air conditioning system has created a comfortable and pleasant shopping environment, and the energy-saving LED lighting system also enhances the overall illumination. All of these design features unified harmoniously between the exterior architecture and the interior design.

Externally, the design of the continuous aluminum panel with LOW-E glass functions as the main facade of the project, which is resembles silky leather, reminding people the modernized skill of leather manufacture. The 800m long building facade consists of 5,738 aluminum panels, precisely put together, in which 1,562 panels are specially concaved to form hyperboloid shape. Echoing the natural texture of leather. The use of aluminum curtain wall has formed large radius curves which provides smooth transition to main entrance and the overall delicate facade has establish a vast skyline to the project. At night, the gradient-changing LED lighting system enhances the liberty and vitality of the shopping-mall. The design of Wuhan Haining Leather City exemplifies great realization of internationalization and high-quality architecture.
