“总部在北京，生产在河北”，在京津冀一体化和首都企业逐步外迁的发展背景下，格雷服装产业园位于中国河北衡水经济开发区，是集研发展示、生产、办公、生活一体的独立企业园区。当下，越来越多年轻的劳动力转向服务业而非繁重机械的制造业，作为劳动密集型企业的一线工人招工逐年困难。超过3000名的蓝领员工是园区最多的使用者，通过人性化的空间和设施营造，希望让员工能够在校园式的环境中工作、起居并获得再教育——这与北方地区传统、机械、嘲杂的生产园区产生了极大的区别。扎根了解工人的需求和使用习惯，设计团队在门户形象绿地，水景轴线广场，中央微伏公园，禅境闲庭，文化游廊，雨径花园，健康花园，可食地景园等十多处的功能空间中进行了定制式的设计和建造，以一种亲和、时尚、本土的景观手法提升环境友好度和企业认同感，从而增进效率，激发创新。

The Gornia Garments Innovation Park is a new 20.5 ha. garment manufacturing center located in Hengshui City, north China. Recruiting blue collar workforce has become increasingly difficult for manufacturers in China like the Gornia Garments, largely due to the challenging life style of the employees brought by the labor-intensive nature of this career. The design of the Gornia Garments Innovation Park was set out with an important goal to redefine the working and living environment for the 3000+ employees living onsite through a holistic integration of site planning, architectural and landscape design. From now on, no more fear for the hustle and bustle of a factory environment.

项目委托伊始，设计团队即叛离了园区原摊大饼和平铺轴线式的布局，重新研究调整为建筑多功能集成、高密度聚合，景观最大化的整体规划，一期建筑面积13万平米，包括厂房综合体、公寓综合体、食堂等，二期规划新建厂房、研发中心、展馆等，并将与已建成的绿地系统进行更新式融合。雨径花园是一个集生态、观赏、科普于一身的园区花园。条形石笼、粒径不等的滩石，如千屈菜、鸢尾、苔草等旱湿均可的配植地被，它们有机组合在一起传递生态含义和有趣自然的审美。经过削峰缓释和局部过滤的雨水，优雅地进入到由生态巢格系统和渗透率适中的土壤组成的下垫面介质中，进而补给衡水逐年下降1米左右的浅层地下水位。经过过滤处理的超量雨水用于南侧水景的景观水补给。主路两侧的自然过滤带主要承接、收纳园区沥青道路的雨水，并与中央绿地通过透水石笼顺势连通和融合。低势绿地中带状片植的低维护狼尾草和千屈菜，形成简洁纯粹的生态景观。

Custom-planned elements of the landscape include the greeting greenspace and main plaza at the factory entrance, buffering landforms at the Park edges, a Zen courtyard within the manufacturing center, a central reflection pool, long cultural corridor, and a series of rain gardens at the activity hub south of the dining halls, a central open field, and sports courts, woodland walking paths and vegetable gardens at the north end of the Park.

中央绿地结合来自于衡水开发区区域的乡土地质特征，景观提供了水、光、石、草地、树木、野花带、丘谷等娱乐体验所需要的元素，将预留之地转化成为一个以工人业余放松为主题的森林绿园。利用地下车库挖出的土方塑造连续流畅的地形,营造具有东方美学的立体绿化空间。自然融合三处连通式微凹式绿地（共计6909平方米）于其中，承接消纳地表排水（最大需水能力为2780立方米）。草地铺设方式为野牛草和二月兰混播的节能型草地。应用预制混凝土等低碳材料作为线性路面，鼓励使用者通过步行、奔跑、自行车、轮滑等在不同的速率下游赏，在林木间遇见框景艺术雕塑、钟塔和其他令人欢喜的景色。

Three years ago, the landscape design team was handed off a fully developed site plan and architectural design and was asked to “shrub the site up”. After careful examination of the former dispersed site plan, persistent efforts were made to persuade the client to start over. The outcome was a brand-new integrated design of the architecture and landscape, with low impact development principle incorporated in planning to substantially reduce impervious surfaces in the first place. The new compact site layout not only reserved an open and sunny 46,000 m2 field to accommodate employee recreation, but also provided substantial additional flood storage and infiltration (2780 m3) during extreme rainstorms.

按照2015年当地降雨量520mm估算，每年能从园区绿地、道路铺装、建筑屋顶等组织、吸纳、收集18680立方米雨水。这个过程将去除可观的固体悬浮物，同时，通过植物的生长和调节吸收营养盐、氮和磷等元素，缓解雨水污染。能应对10年一遇标准的暴雨，用于补给地下水，减少园区灌溉和景观用水的成本。

A holistic approach of low impact development executed at the district scale achieves exceptional performance in stormwater mangement. Integration of interception, detention, reuse, and infiltration through a variety of LID tools not only managers 100% of the onsite runoff (based on the 10-year design storm), but also reduces the overall water infrastructure cost by over 20% compared to the traditional grey infrastructure approach.
