As part of a global event dedicated to fashion, FNO called various artists to participate with their work in a one day event taking place at a renowned gallery in Mexico City. Objects assigned to the artist where given to be transformed into a piece that would eventually be donated to some nonprofit institutions. MMX studio was given, what could be thought as the most materialistic tool, and assigned the entrance hall of the gallery to work with.

MMX studio decided to get away from the idea of an object and create an installation that would get involved with the actual space that contains it. The strategy consisted on strengthening the museography and reinforcing the people´s movements by creating a screen that would avoid visitors to see the entire exhibition at once and would create a natural flow to the register before entering into the heart of the exhibition.

Working with an existing confined space rather than defining it is an exercise that architects seldom get involved in. The installation works with the redefinition of such limits and seeks to explore the experiential possibilities that tools such as scale, character and repetition can have upon the space in which the object is placed. As a result, the object and the space get merged together in such a way that a new configuration of the original space naturally emerges.

Textiles and patterns have always been present in Fashion. Thus, the studio decided to use the object assigned, unlimited number of credit cards, to create an additive system that could generate a tridimensional textile for us to use it to transform the assigned space. More than sixteen thousands plastics where assembled upon a very simple logic of aggregation. The resulting canvas was then manipulated in the same way one would work with textiles, where a simple fold could restructure the special properties of the site with the least effort possible.

FNO作为全球时装盛事的一部分，在墨西哥一间著名画廊集结各种各样的艺术家一起创作。工作分区进行，MMX工作室得到了入口大厅区域的设计工作。

MMX在这次做的不仅仅是一个对象，更是一个与画廊紧密相关的空间，增加与人们的互动，并创建一个幕帘，避免人们对展览一览无余，对人流起到引导作用。

对现有空间并非定义而是增加其体验性。旨在通过规模，性质，重复的道具来探讨空间感知的可能性。这个新的配置水到渠成的引发对象既是空间的效果。

考虑到展览与时装有关，工作室采用数量很多不受限制的信用卡作为单元，组装成为立体纺织。超过一万6千片信用卡被使用。它们通过一个简单的逻辑组装。就像织布那样，采用简单重复的最快捷办法，成产出“布匹”。
