FILANDONE改建项目以”合理利用”为设计主题，未增加任何新的空间。设计师将这座位于意大利Modigliana的废弃纺织厂变成了可持续的公众空间，从这个意义上理解，这是一个全新的项目。修复工程面临的是一座日渐老化的废弃建筑，同时还需思考如何实现成功蜕变：由曾经为人们提供工作到现在的废弃工厂，再到改造后可以全天满足各类使用者需求的建筑空间。该项目设计的焦点是打造一个满足各类人群需求的功能空间。为了实现这一目标，除了增加新的多功能厅（232个席位）外，还设有购物商店、邮局、ATM、餐厅和办公室。所有功能区都围绕改建系统的心脏—中庭设置。中庭的阶梯热情迎接着所有到访的人们，然后又将他们引向不同的功能区。中庭区是结合新旧元素的纽带，具有很重要的代表意义。顶部天窗投下缕缕光线，让攀登在阶梯之上的人们不禁为这座古老城堡所折服。多功能厅更多地保留了原建筑元素：人字形屋顶勾起人们对传统建筑的回忆，这里是轻松惬意的集会、分享空间。多功能厅内还设有服务区域和更衣室，除此之外，座椅可以拆除后储存到舞台下方，以便根据需求实现空间的灵活利用。

FILANDONE The recovery brings light on the fundamental theme of ” reasoned reuse”: no new areas are built up, if ever there is a new program for the community, an artifact (the old spinning mill of Modigliana – Italy) returns in a sustainable way to the lymph of public participation. The process of restoration is not only to face with the deterioration of the building, but also with what it represents for the citizens of a place: once destined for the job, now abandoned, it is transformed, thanks to new destinations that can involve transversely different types of users, at all hours of the day. The focus is on functional mixitè to ensure a general involvement: in addition to the new multi-purpose room (232 seats) will be allocated a store shopping, the post office, an ATM, a dining area and offices. Everything is made from the heart of the intervention system, the atrium that greets the visitor with its central staircase, which distributes the different tasks. This space is given a value of great representativeness because it links “the old and the new”: skylights that are placed on the roof allow, when you climb the ladder, to admire the old fortress. The multi-purpose hall encapsulates the sense of wonder of recovery: the two pitches of the roof evoke the idea of a primary home, a cozy meeting place and sharing. In addition to the services and the dressing rooms, the hall has a flexible character able to free up the space occupied by the seats, which can be stored under the stage.
