EUEU以构筑「城市客厅」为主旨，打造EUEU CAFE、EUEU BAY与EUEU NEST三大体验矩阵。取天然萃饮为核心，精制亚洲风味饮食，全时段链接年轻族群的生活形态需求。

Based on the concept of the “city living room”, EUEU created its three major experience combination: EUEU CAFÉ, EUEU BAY, and EUEU NEST, extracting the essence of natural catering, refining Asian cuisines, and satisfying the full-time lifestyle demands of the youngsters.

今年7月EUEU品牌为匹配一线城市所升级的品牌分支首店EUEU NEST落户深圳大运天地，EUEU CAFE也相继开拓异地城市，11月于东莞市南城区汇一城开幕；这也是首家涵括了建筑及空间规划的EUEU门店。

In July this year, catering the branding upgrade in first-tier city, EUEU established the first branch EUEU NEST, which is located in the Shenzhen Universiade World. And later in November, EUEU Café as well continue its urban exploration, setting off in the Huiyicheng, Nancheng District, Dongguan and becoming the first EUEU store that contained construction and spatial planning.

延续EUEU以往的热烈风格，东莞首店以「驻地巢居」为设计主题进行延展。「驻地」代表品牌首次进驻东莞，传达出品牌「城市客厅」有了新的驻扎之地的主旨，设计上汲取东南亚传统「巢居」的高脚屋形式作为建筑形象的体现。EUEU以其独特的亚热带风情「高脚屋」造型，立于东莞最中心的城央位置，为这座制造工业城市注入其品牌热情肆意的氛围。

Extending the passionate style of EUEU, this first store in Dongguan was designed with the theme “Inhabiting Nest”. “Inhabiting” means that the brand has entered the Dongguan market for the first time, conveying that the “city living room” has inhabited a new place. Its design was inspired and presented in the form of traditional “nest life” in Southeast Asia, stilt houses. EUEU, bringing the tropical stilt houses in the central city, instills a passionate atmosphere in this concrete jungle.

一层空间在满足基础运营功能后面积略显紧凑，通过开放一层立面，将楼梯动线外置的设计手法，使得空间更加通透；将核心功能布置于空间中央，形成一圈洄游动线，串联起空间室内外的链接，增强各区域的可达性。

The ground space was quite compact after equipping with the basic functional area. Therefore, by opening up the ground façade, we designed an external stair to transparentize the space. And we put the core function area at the center to form a circular flow of motive and connect with the outside space, to strengthen the accessibility of each area.

二层空间入口打造了一个公共感的露台区域，露台即是二层独立 VIP 包间与客座区的过渡，也是难得的空中花园，与一层外摆区互相呼应。室内空间通过中置洗手间的设计，避免了建筑立面墙体的出现，将二层的四周的景观面留给了客人；大沙发组合与壁炉的设置营造出客厅围坐的氛围。

We created a public balcony area in the entrance of the upstairs space. It has become a transition between the seating area and VIP private rooms, offering a hanging garden to match the outside wing area downstairs. The middle washing room could avoid facade walls within the space, and maintain an open view for the customers. The large sofa combo and fireplace were used to stress the “living room” concept.

建筑上这样的布局不仅有效利用了空间，顺势营造出架空之感，巧妙地塑造出类似「巢居」的高脚楼形态。再搭配大屋檐，木质感立面，金属构件与大面积的落地玻璃将亚热带的传统元素与现代手法相结合，整体设计既延续了 EUEU 别具一格的亚热带风格，又丰富了空间的动线体验，营造出让顾客仿佛置身于独特的异域风情之中，同时也增强了空间的体验感和独特性。

This layout could not only improve the spatial efficiency, but also, the overhead design would create a stilt-house style. With large eaves, wooden texture, metal parts and large landing glass, we combine traditional elements with modern design techniques to extend the unique tropical style of EUEU and enrich the flow of movement, so that the customers will be immersed in an exotic atmosphere meanwhile harvest a special space experience.
