电影《布达佩斯大饭店》是导演韦斯·安德森的作品，全片以粉色+蓝色为经典配色，将童话般梦幻的视觉感受贯穿始终，带有极强的治愈性，有一种超乎现实的美好感受。影片中，色彩传递情感，表达情绪，推动着剧情的发展。同样地，色彩美学的奥义之于设计师，不啻于空间造梦的魔法石。

“每个人的童年记忆都是色彩斑斓的，甜甜圈、糖果屋、甚至是街边的糖葫芦，这些点点滴滴的色彩，圈圈圆圆的种种，编织在我的童年里。”设计师沙龙在阐析Judy’s Patisserie朱迪法式甜品屋的灵感来源时这样说道，“我把这种对童年的情感寄托赋予甜点店。因为甜，所以想到了色彩；因为圆，又忆到了无限。”

Directed by Wes Anderson, “The Grand Budapest Hotel” has pink and blue as its theme colors, and had therefore created a fairy-tale-like visual effect with an extremely soothing magic, delivering surreal wonderful feelings for the audience. Colors represent feelings, express emotions, and push the plot forward. For designers, the essence of color aesthetics also plays the role of magic stones in the creation of dreamy spaces.

“Everyone’s childhood memories are colorful. It has donuts, candy houses, and even candied haw berries by the street. These bits and pieces of colors, various circle and round shapes woven in my childhood and become its textures.” Designer Salone said in the explanation of the design inspiration for Judy’s Patisserie, “I have my nostalgia towards the childhood introduced into the dessert shop. Because sweetness reminds me of colors, and round shape stands for infinity. ”

沉浸式体验之下的梦幻造境
Dreamy Space with Immersive Experience

Judy’s Patisserie位处郑州永威木色购物公园一层。商业与文艺的契合，让小而美成为新的审美偏好，富有创意的Shopping Mall建筑也给城市带来更多的趣味。人都是视觉动物，会对美的事物怀抱善意。街边的一处风景，一个定格镜头或是一幕美妙的场景，都将引发共鸣。甜品店占据了临街的有利位置，设计师大胆以橱窗展陈的方式造境，微甜而优雅的色彩美学，极具吸睛的装置艺术，让消费者无论身处何地，都期待进入甜品屋，开启一段沉浸式梦幻之旅。

Judy’s Patisserie is located on the first floor of the Zhengzhou Muse Park. The combination of business and art makes small yet beautiful spaces become the new aesthetic preference. Creative architectures of shopping malls also bring vitality to the city. As visual animals, people holds good intentions towards beautiful things– they resonate with the scenery at the corner of the street, a fixed shot or a wonderful setting. Judy’s Patisserie occupies a favorable position on the street, so designers boldly use window display as the way of aura creation. Both the elegant color palette with a touch a sweetness, and the eye-catching installations invite customers from everywhere to join this dream-like journey.

“人生好似‘名利场’，设计师就如这场戏中的造梦师。导演韦斯·安德森在《布达佩斯大饭店》里用不同的颜色去呈现不同时期的场景、人物，我也因此受到启发，把这一手法运用到本案中。”甜品店五彩斑斓的色彩，珊瑚橘、樱桃红、松树绿、柠檬黄……有机融合，热情张扬又内敛克制。

色彩既是视觉冲击的焦点，又被赋予功能分区的属性。珊瑚橘是2019年潘通流行色，这一带有大自然的色调具有温暖和疗愈的气质，被设计师选作甜品店用餐区的主色调之一，搭配松树绿，碰撞出另类的清新格调。

“Life is like a ‘Vanity Fair’, where designers play the roles of dream makers. Director Wes Anderson uses multiple colors to present different settings and characters from various time background in ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’, and I get inspired by it and apply this idea into the design of this project.” Colors gather in the dessert shop are living coral, cerise, pine green, tartrazine, etc. Their organic integration is both passionate and restraint.

Colors are not only act as visual focus, but also plays the role of functional zoning. Living coral is the Pantone Color of 2019. This natural tone color has warm and healing temperament, and is therefore selected by the designer as one of the main colors of the dining area. Accompanied by pine green, a special fresh style comes into being.

方圆之道，玩味与温情共生
Square & Round, the Coexistence of the Playful & the Warm

古代崇尚“天圆地方”的朴素哲学，圆代表了“无限”可能，这一设计语汇在甜品店中无处不在。入口颇具装饰意味，融“圆”于方正之中，既有尺度稍大的双环，也有单孔圆形开窗，连招牌也定制成椭圆形，比例上拿捏精到，造型上又富有变化。

In ancient times, Chinese people worshiped a simple philosophy of “Round Heaven & Square Earth ” for round stands for “infinite” possibilities. This “round” language appears everywhere in this dessert shop. The entrance is quite decorative with the “circle” integrated in square. It has double circle in a relatively large scale, single circle window opens, and even custom-made oval shape signboard. They have refined proportion and diversified designs.

进入室内，设计师从点线面入手，无一不紧扣“圆”这一设计主旨，从拱形天花吊顶到落地灯框的弧线结构，再到家具的圆弧造型，方圆之道被演绎得淋漓尽致。行走其间，仰头时会为硕圆的“糖果”艺术装置甜入心底，低头时又能在圆或半圆的图纹中探寻、戏玩。

“圆”之主题元素被反复咏叹，其间也不免碰到棘手难题——如何将“圆”之不同体块纳入空间，交融互通，融艺术美感于功能之中，相当考验设计师及施工方的专业功力。

Entering into the inside, designers stick to the “Round” theme in each and every aspect of design. From the domed ceiling to the arched floor lamp structure, and the rounded shapes of the furniture, the philosophy between round and square has been ingeniously interpreted. Looking up, one obtains the heartfelt sweetness from the hanging “candy” installation. Heads down, one gets to play and explore the circle patterns on the floor.

When the “Round” elements repeated for multiple times, it inevitably poses challenges for designers’ and the construction teams’ expertise, that is how to seamlessly introduce different “round” shape components into spaces, and to have function and aesthetics requirements met at the same time.

甜品店以材质的丰富多样，几何造型的妙用、色彩的斑斓见长，颇有致敬Art deco装饰主义的意味，看似“眼花缭乱”，却颇有章法。踏入甜品店，犹如走入梦境中的万花筒。空间布局也另辟蹊径，暗藏心思——若抽离吊顶、墙体，以线相连，将串联出若干心形。

“源自于童年的记忆，因为很甜，甜到了心里。如果说时空可以改变一切的话，那对于我们而言，通过乌托邦的场景作为情绪表达的依靠，也可以让我们重温小时候的美好。”沙龙这样说道。这种连连看的方式看似玩性十足，却借助空间布局隐喻表达，“造梦”出一处蕴含时光故事的浪漫甜品屋。

Abundant materials, geometric designs, and multiple colors used in this dessert shop seems very much like paying homage to Art Deco. They looks “dazzling”, but follows sophisticated rules. Stepping into Judy’s Patisserie, one feels like walking into a kaleidoscope in a dream. The ingenious spatial layout has its secret designs hidden- many heart shapes come in to being, should you remove the false ceilings and walls.

“It originates from my childhood memory. It is so sweet that my heart can feel it. If time changes every thing, then for us, it is the Utopian-like setting that works as carrier of our emotions and brings us back to the warm childhood time.” said Salone. This kind of “Link It All” way of design seems extremely playful, yet has complete a metaphor through the spatial layout, creating a “dream-building” romantic dessert house with the story of time.

细节铸就法式优雅
Detail Makes The French Elegance

法式优雅，重在细节。细节方能缔造完美。吧台以金属弧线镶边，水磨石作台面，围合而成；地面铺设黑白砖，延伸至两侧，界定出甜品店的中心区域。围绕着吧台，以不同色调划分出三块用餐区。

The french elegance is all about details, and only with the emphasize of details can perfection be achieved. With terrazzo as the countertop and circled metal as the edging, the bar counter comes into being in an enclosing manner. Black and white tiles extends to the two sides, defining the central area of the shop. Around the bar, three dining areas are divided by different color shades.

樱桃红用餐区的场域最大，同色系格纹吊顶之下是对称的天鹅绒沙发，魅惑撩人。两侧分别为珊瑚橘及奶油色用餐区，搭配松树绿软垫沙发，气质上更趋向清新、自然。家具设计也趋向设计感，譬如桌子造型灵感来源于意大利品牌VENINI早期大师作品的手稿设计，桌柱试图还原玻璃制品的轻盈、精巧之美。

Cerise dining area is the largest one. With the tone-on-tone false ceiling in plaid design and groups of symmetrical velvet sofa, it’s mysteriously charming. Living coral and cream color dining areas are on each of its side. Together with pine green cushioned sofa, these two looks more fresh and natural. Furniture used also tends to express the essence of design. For example, the table design pays homage to the sketch of Italian brand VENINI’s master products in its early stage, while the innovative leg tries to restore the lightness and exquisite beauty of the glass products.

对甜品店而言，产品是它的核心。灯光氛围上更偏暗一些，每个餐位都有点位光，于一明一暗的灯光对比之下，更可烘托出整个甜品店的精致用餐氛围。金铜材质作为造型收边的“利器”，哑光面的质感让工业风也变得富有风情。

For a dessert stop, the product is at its core. General lighting of the shop is relatively dim, while each seat has its focused light, so as to create a more sophisticated dining atmosphere through the contrast of light and dark. The golden copper is used as the “magic code” for the edgings, and the texture of the matte surface adds a fascinating touch to the industrial style.

“我们设计遵循的原则是一个品牌一个店，和甲方一起探究品牌文化，发挥品牌的价值属性。”设计师沙龙对于店铺空间设计有着清晰的认知，“店铺设计虽然要更新换代，但一定是有它的更新频次的。我们不想做流星，流星很美，但是转瞬即逝。基于我们对商业模式的研究，才能够共同和甲方打造商业世界里的‘恒星’。”

“The design principle we follow is to create tailor-made shops for each brand. We study the brand culture together with the clients, so as to have the value of the it fully released.” designer Salone has a clear understanding towards the commercial space design, “Although shops need to be updated from time to time, they must have their own frequency. We have no interest in creating meteors whose beauty only last for a moment. Only by thoroughly study the business model, can we present a long-lasting star in the industry together with our clients. ”
