Renowned for its expertise in high-end architecture, PSA is responsible for iconic projects such as the Parque Cidade Jardim complex (2008), comprising residential and corporate towers alongside Shopping Cidade Jardim; the Vitra Building (2015), developed in collaboration with Studio Libeskind; and Boa Vista Village, Surf Lodge Residences, and Boa Vista Village Surf Club—vacation retreats inspired by the Hamptons in New York and Carmel, California, extending the vision of Fazenda Boa Vista.
Founded in 1996 by Pablo Slemenson, an Argentine architect based in São Paulo since 1977, PSA has also developed bespoke design elements and completed retrofits, including the renovation of Shopping Light (1999), showcasing its adaptability and innovation. Frequently collaborating with other studios, particularly for conceptual planning, PSA continues to expand.
