S.R.O.

S.R.O.是设计师的第一个系列产品。它基于精湛的工艺，和细腻的设计手法，建立了与神圣美好之间的亲密联系。该系列以宗教和文化的形式展现了墨西哥工艺。S.R.O.在墨西哥各宗教信仰之间建立的连接，并以不同的仪式感设计将它们呈现。

Sacred Ritual Objects is the first collection by EWE Studio. S.R.O. was created out of fascination by the evolving skill of the artisans and their successful execution of exquisite objects, designed to ignite a connection with the divine. The collection reflects how religious and cultural syncretism shaped the expression of Mexican craft heritage. Sacred Ritual Objects explores dialogues between diverse religious beliefs in Mexico and the rituals surrounding those traditions.

RITO

所有的RITO系列作品均来自于工匠的百年纯手工工艺。设计师试图探寻宗教符号里的小小细节，因而这一作品的灵感来自于祭祀坛。

All Rito objects are carefully hand carved by our stonemasons in a technique that has been practiced for centuries. EWE is exploring the expressions and characteristics of the iconic religious objects, which were used around ceremonial sacred utensils of devotion.

SÍMBOLO

所有的Símbolo系列作品均来自于工匠的百年纯手工工艺。设计师探寻宗教符号里的小小细节，将祭坛与宗教符号运用于这一设计中。

All Símbolo objects are carefully hand carved by our stonemasons in a technique that has been practiced for centuries. EWE is exploring the expressions and characteristics of the iconic religious objects, which were used around religious ceremonies and its symbols.

ALTAR

Altar桌的灵感来自于宗教祭祀坛或供奉台。纯手工打造的作品为摆放空间营造一个特别的符号。

Altar tables are inspired by flat-topped blocks used for religious rituals or ceremonies, especially for sacrifices or offerings to a deity. Our tables are hand carved works, that synthesize their expression, becoming character pieces in the space they are placed in.

MEMORIA

在工匠的日常生活中，信仰和传统物品之间的联系是非常引人注目的，这种联系近乎深入他们的日常活动和制作工具之中。每一个物体都是由祖先制造的，象征着一个家族的传统。设计师打造的这些近乎神圣的物体，延续了传统物品的神圣生命力。

We find the dialogue particularly compelling between belief and traditional objects utilized in the artisan’s everyday life, either as work tools, or for daily activities. Each object is commonly used and constructed by their ancestors and is a sacred object for the family. We cast these sacred objects into bronze and, in so doing, breathe long lasting life into their form.

铸造过程
FOUNDRY PROCESS

Memoria系列的设计过程遵循了古老而传统的制作手法。由设计师集合的手艺人均拥有代代相传的传统技艺。整个制作过程非常严谨。先制作模具，在将金属灌浇到模具中进行产品复刻。

For the creation of our “Memoria” objects we are using the very same foundry process that has been used since the ancient times. The artisans who we collaborate, bringing those pieces into life, are passing on this technique from generation to generation. The entire method is extremely precise. The original object is used to create a wax replica that can be repeated infinite times. Then, by using the wax replica, a sand cast is created. The foundry process is completed by pouring incandescent metal over the wax mold, occupying its physical space.

STONE PROCESS

石刻技术早在人类学会实用工具的时候就已经存在。这一过程所用到的工具包括木槌，刻刀和直边金属刀。这一系列工具使产品展现出光滑的表面。这一过程严格遵守了传统的制造工艺，摒弃机械工艺而采用全手工制作方法。

Stone carving has existed ever since humanity first learned to use and make tools. The basic instruments involved in the process include mallets, chisels, and metal straight edges. These tools make it possible to create a flat surface, which is the foundation of the technique. Our stone carving process is done in line with the original principles; everything is handmade, and no electric or mechanical machine techniques are used.
