thecitygirlfarm出品的这款脚凳是鸡造型。每个都独一无二。鸡内部是中空木结构，还可以打开，在里面放上鸡蛋。鸡的羽毛是用羊毛和羊驼毛支撑的，鸡背放置了软垫。鸡尾巴有着漂亮的褶皱。这是对于上帝造物的欣喜感谢。这些宠物鸡永远带给我们欢乐。他们是可以实实在在被接触的艺术品，也是彬彬有礼不用费心清理打扫的宠物。它们，带给我们会心一笑。

Each chicken footstool is hand-built here at thecitygirlfarm. Even if we tried, no two would look just alike. The chicken structure is a wooden egg turned on the lathe so there is literally an egg inside the chicken. We hand felt wool and alpaca fiber to fashion feathers. The chickens are upholstered by hand so depending on our mood their rear ends can get really ruffly!

The inspiration behind creating the chickens was simple delight in God’s creation. Our pet chickens literally never fail to make us smile, so they were a worthy subject of artistic exploration. We asked the question: what is the essence of a chicken? Our chicken footstools were the result. They are works of art you can touch. They are also well mannered pets that require no clean up. 😉 We hope the world will pause with us for a moment and smile too.
