蓝熊是一家轻食快餐厅，融合科技点菜系统，满足周边快节奏、高体验的餐饮需求。结合品牌形象定位及出品特点，需要突破传统中式餐饮的形式及印象。用更适合现代人生活节奏及审美特点，诠释一个清新简约的中式快餐。

Blue Bear (BB) is a light, convenient, fast food restaurant supported by a high-tech ordering system to meet the needs of its neighborhood. To present BB’s characteristics and avoid the figure of traditional Chinese food restaurant, and better blending with the modern aesthetic trend, LX delivers a brand-new figure of Chinese fast food restaurant to the public.

在空间整体色调上我们选择明快清爽的白色、有温度的原木色构成整个空间的色彩基调，在形式上用简洁几何线条平衡空间的美感与功能需求，为空间注入清爽鲜活。空间留白多一点，内心世界多一些。一切刚刚好，让“快”餐的感受“慢”下来。

The color white and burlywood, the primary color of the restaurant, together with the clean lines and balanced spaciousness, establish a light and comfortable dining environment. The feeling of spaciousness could bring more peace into customers’ hearts, which could slow down the sense of “fast” food and more feeling of enjoyment.

餐厅在一层采光较少，我们将原有西侧实墙更改为玻璃窗，透过窗，将户外的自然光及绿色融入到室内。使户内与户外彼此融合，相互延续。短暂的就餐时间，让内心获取些许的宁静与空白，缓解快节奏生活带来的疲劳。

Since the restaurant locating on the first floor and with an absence of enough natural light, we propose to convert west-wall to a window wall. This invisible wall provides an opportunity for blending natural light and green with the indoor environment. Through this connection of nature and indoor environment, the customers could feel relax and a sense of escape from their busy lives during their short dinning periods here.

对于空间上的布置与分隔，满足最大化的座位数同时，还要彰显空间的秩序与美感，尽可能给予视觉更多的体验与互动。空间中间位置，顶部刻意的灯光造型，营造出自然的天光，如同室内中的“室外”。对应顶部造型，形成一个围合“景观”台。小景观，大世界，看似奢侈（相对于快餐），却大大增加了上座率，同时还成为空间视觉的焦点，为空间增加了很多趣味。

In terms of layout and space arrangement, our design not only presents the beauty of the order of an indoor space but also maximizes the number of seats. In the middle of the area, the deliberately designed a “hollow” ceiling and a lighting system means to create a natural light feeling and build a connection with outdoors. To echo this beautifully designed “hollow” ceiling in the middle, we designed a wood island, which generates a feeling of extravagant, more available seats, and more dynamics of the space.

餐厅每一个座位安装自动点菜设备，快捷高效，同时配合传统收银模式，满足不同人群消费需求。形式的表面其实是对商业、文化、艺术、产品、理念……的解析与平衡，简单的线条勾勒出一个自在又惬意的空间。简单空无，短暂的就餐时间里，可卸下内心的疲惫，远离嘈杂，好好享受一份健康惬意的轻食美味，便是一种幸福。

The restaurant’s ordering system is highly automated with a variety of payment options to accommodate the needs of various customers.

洗手区域临近就餐区，并没有刻意回避，而是融于整个空间，如同自然生长出来，用简单线条和几何形状勾勒出一幅有趣的端景。

The place for washing hands is close to the main dining area. Instead of hiding it from the main dining area – like what traditional design always does, we placed this place at the sight of the customers. It merges into the environment and depicts a view of dynamic.

商业或设计都是基于已有的，走向未来，坚持不断探索与实验，为的是更多从未有的体验与感受。蓝熊就是在前行的路上不断探索。

Business or design is based on what is already there. Blue Bear will march towards the future with constant exploration and experimentation.
