空间本质在于关系与情感，前者出于逻辑，后者出于感性。不形于色，是形式克制下的美学与空间对话。

著名设计师约翰·奥姆斯比·西蒙兹曾在其著作《启迪》中说：“如果我是一名牧师，当开车经过或驶进教堂时，它是否表现出了那些令我为之奉献一生的精神特质？”在他看来空间传递的情感信息非常重要，空间关系与形式要素都要围绕传递情感而存在。

用橙白构建空间感官和视觉冲击，利用块面的穿插与排列，创造时尚、轻松的空间氛围，在清新的色调中，工作节奏得到缓和，工作压力得到分解。

在空间中铸造一个结构装置“力”，用它来传递人与空间的对话，“力”结构装置是“使命与担当”的诠释，拥抱变化拥抱未来是阿里巴巴企业价值观的使命与担当，“力”装置在空间中是阿里巴巴企业文化与员工行为的对话与传承。

在办公区划分出来休息、洽谈区域，闲暇之余员工可在这里沟通交流或是阅读小歇。打破传统办公空间的呆板、严肃形象，给予办公者最大程度的自主性，释放办公体验，激发不同的办公文化与诉求。
